[Notice] Lower Austria Returns

Today, we invaded Lower Austria and Hungary immediately retreated. We only gave the opportunity for myself and one player from Hungary to attack so that we could both get the Battle Hero medal and its 5 gold reward. Because of this, we were able to reimburse 10 of the 58 gold it cost Hungary to return the region.

Anyway, Lower Austria is back.
