[국방부] 국방부 내부 개혁과 MU지원문제 [MoD] Innovation about MoD and Mu support problem

안녕하세요 그리즈입니다.

그동안 한국이 TW 라든가 RW에서 활동하는거를 보고 내부적으로 문제가 많다고 생각되어
이번달 부터 제가 직접 MoD 헤드 자리를 하고 K군과 원죄님을 서브로 해서 국방부 관련 개혁을 합니다.
Meanwhile, I have observed Koreans activity on TW or RW, and I believe Korea has internal problems.
Therefore from this month, I will work as MoD with kreussen and originSin as vMoD, and we will reform Ministry of Defense of eSK.


[무었이 문제였나?]
[What was the problem?]

1. 군대가 아얄을 중심으로 뭉치지 않았습니다.
이로 인하여 중요한 전투에 모이지를 못하고 전부 따로 놀고 있고 심지어는 국내에 중요한 전투가 있어도 외국에서 메달 놀이 할려고 떠돌아다니고 있죠 그러고 돌아올려면 이동비 든다고 징징거리기도 하죠.
1. Military Units were not co-operating together through IRC.
Because of this, they were not joining important battles, and instead wandering in other nations for Mercenary Medal.
Even when there was an important battle, they declined the battle order to join such battle due to their travelling costs.

2. 실제로 한국에 중요한 전투에 참가하는 유저와 그렇지 않은 유저간에 지원이 똑같아서 굳이 힘들게 한국에 중요한 전투에 참가하는 유저만 바보 되는 시스템이었습니다.
지금 현재 일정 계급 이상이면 전부 지원을 받는 방식입니다. 이거 때문에 실제로 활동하는 사람들이 제대로 된 지원을 못 받고 있죠. 아 물론 공평하다는거는 인정합니다 하지만 그 공평한거를 위해서 국가를 위해 좀더 열심히 뛰어주는 유저에게 좀더 혜택이 가는거를 막을 이유가 되지 않습니다.
제가 뉴비군대인 사관학교 운여하면서 힘증가량에 따라서 빵분배에 차등을 준다 했을때도 그런 소리 나오더군요. 공평하지 않다. 라는 분들.. 그외 행정부에서 이야기 복지부 빵 이야기 할때도 공평하지 않기 때문에 안된다 하시는 분들 많더군요..
언제부터 공평한것만 찾았습니까?
좀더 열심히 한 유저는 좀더 많은 혜택을 누리는게 당연합니다.
그렇지 않으면 누가 열심히 그리고 국가를 위해 뛰겠습니까? 힘들고 돈만 깨지고 자기성장에 방해만 된다면 누가 국가를 위해 움직이겠습니까?
무조건적인 선의? 무조건적인 봉사? 충성?
그런 분들도 계시지만 적절한 보상없이는 그런 구조가 오래동안 유지되지 못합니다.
2. In fact, the amount of supply for the user who joins important battle for korea and user who is not were equal, and this system was making those who joins stupid
Currently we are supporting those over a certain military rank. Because of this, those who work hard for Korea could not get better support.
Yes, I agree with the fairness issue but this can't be a reason to stop a better support for users who are putting hard effort for our nation.
It is right for those who have worked hard to gain more benefits.
if it is not, who will serve our nation? If it just make them spend money and obstruct self-growth, who will be moving for country?
Unconditional good faith? Unconditional service? Loyalty?
There are some people like this but this system will not work for long time without compensation.


[그래서 어떻게 바꾸어야 하나]
[So how should it be changed]

1. MU 에서 매일 공급되는 량을 일부 줄이고 그 양을 비축하여 아얄에 직접 와서 전투에 참가할때 지원하는 방식으로 바꾸겠습니다.
좀더 열심히 그리고 중요한 전투에 참가하시는 분들에게 더 많은 혜택이 돌아가는게 당연하다고 생각합니다.

1. I will reduce amount of daily supplies to MUs, save them and distribute them when people join IRC and follow the battle orders.
I think it is right for those who participate in important battles harder to have better benefits.

2. 아얄을 중심으로 군대를 재편하겠습니다.
현재 군대는 아얄에서 제대로 모이지 못하고 있습니다.

지금 바뀌는 부분에 대해서 불만을 가지시는 분들도 계실겁니다 하지만 한가지 확실하게 이야기 하겠습니다.
우리가 국가를 위해 봉사하는 분들에게 아무런 혜택을 주지 않는다면 그리고 그 봉사하시는 분들마저 공평하게 다른분들과 같이 대우해야 한다면.
누가 국가를 위해 봉사하고 일하겠습니까?

Some People would be discontented by these changes but i will say this for certain.
If we don't provide any support to those serving for the nation, and if we even treat them equally to others
Who will be working and serving our nation?
