Nihon no Koe
This is eJapan's official newspaper. If you are interested in authentic eJapanese news, please vote and subscribe!
MILITARY AFFAIRS
Imperial forces have gained the initiative in the war against eSouth Korea and have triumphantly captured Jeju, extending our streak of unbroken victories.
Current military orders (Day 1119) can be found here.
For input concerning the Korean situation, president KITA Ikki has begun an open discussion in the Diet. Sign up on the forums and feel free to chime in! (More information on the forums below.)
The Imperial Japanese Army is being reformed and reinvigorated. Those who are interested in enlisting, please apply here.
COMMUNICATION
The national forums have been updated and are more beautiful than ever. All citizens are encouraged to sign up and get involved. NOTICE: If you already have an account, you will have to reset your password and reapply to have some of the privacy blocks lifted.
Government transparency is an ideal that is important to eJapan. Citizens have a right to be informed about who is operating their national organizations. A list on the national forums can be found here.
In a similar vein, those citizens looking to get even more involved can join us on IRC at #eJapan.gov. It will be a moderated chat, and while only government members will be able to speak, all citizens will be able to view the discussions.
ELECTIONS
The Japanese Election Commission was an organization formed to keep our elections clean and PTO-free. Currently, it is trying to keep the top-five parties free of PTOs. Those who are interesting in helping, please contact the current commissioner as soon as possible.
Speaking of which…
Party president elections are around the corner. The official, non-PTO candidates are:
DankChronic – Libertarian Party of Japan (The original Imperial Sun Party, however, PTOers have modified the name. Vote for DankChronic to oust the PTO and restore order to this party.)
DanijelJancikic, Squibeel – Imperial Sun Party (The original Vongola Party)
To Be Announced Soon – Godzilla Party
Metic – Democratic Party of Japan
Master Tigers – United Lolies
Akki – Zaitokukai
LAWS
-Day 1,118: TheReverendSeanV initiated an impeachment of president KITA Ikki. The proposal failed, final vote being 3-22.

Good thing I reminded the nation that the thing even existed. (Though, thanks to Reiji for reminding myself that it existed those many months ago)
Getting the official newspaper back up and running was a priority for the new administration. And yes, it's a cool MoI logo. 🙂
Excellent update from kitchen.sink!
JEC will help with elections! signed by virusxpl
can we have papers written in kanji to eliminate some foreign participation in our discussions?
Perfect!
Make Kita Ikki president, add a spoonful of concentrated sour TRSV, win some wars, and you get the happy-japanese mix!
