ELECTIONS

The presidential election has come and gone, with KITA Ikki being chosen for another month in office. We would like to thank everyone involved for a clean and trouble-free election ("erection" if you're Japanese). The official results have been listed for posterity.

It must be noted that a bug prevented KITA Ikki from submitting his election goals. Also, voter turnout has decreased substantially since last month's elections, where 272 votes were tallied.

COMMUNICATION

In a continuing effort to wrestle our main IRC channel from North Korean double agents (I only wish that were a joke), a new vote has been held in the Diet about transferring ownership of the chat channel to Emperor Kokawayoshi Makoto as well as enacting several reforms to prevent the channel from falling into nefarious hands again. You can read more here.

DOMESTIC AFFAIRS

The Sempai Kouhai Program has been revived to help ensure that all our karate-kid wannabes and hordes of hopeless otaku ripen into dependable e-adults. Hakaisha is the man in charge. If you're new and have any questions concerning the game or are looking for help, send a message to the Sempai Kouhai Program, where they'll be glad to lend a helping hand.
