[MoI] First Address

Hello eSwitzerland,

JNArno has been president for a few days, and this will be the first address of
the Ministry of Interior (due to a long chase of the Ministry organisation, which ended with it's capture by the vMoI, MatschMoon). Here I will address the aims of the term.

1. Make a Baby-boom

Something that Switzerland has wanted since it's liberation, a babyboom is what i hope to acheive.
Many attempts have been made, such as the Swiss Space Station (SHM, please correct me if I got the name wrong). So far we have tried to get more citizens from the website englishforum.ch.

2. Educate new citizen's

Education of citizens is important, as it increases retention. So far the Vice Minister of Interior MatschMoon has been sending messages to new citizens informing them of what to do, like joining the Mentor Program and working in a Q1 company.
