Greetings

[Alfagrem]1. Would you entertain 'face-to-face' talks with the Irish?
Of course I would talk personally with the Irish. I am all for dialogue always even when I may not be willing to engage in peace-talks it never hurts to talk...
[Alfagrem]2. If so - what peace terms would you be looking for?
If I ever would negotiate peace I would go for both having our own regions. No region renting because there will always be people who are going to mess it up.

[Alfagrem]1. Would you open up the supply of RM's to the army to private tenders?
No, why should I do that? I figure that every independed MU has its own structure of making supplies for their members.
[Alfagrem]2. How would you compel other MU's to co-ordinate with the national chain of command?
By organising weekly meetings in the first place. All MU commanders must have the chance to voice their opinion on a short and long-term vision on how to do things.
[Alfagrem]3. What are your thoughts or opinions on governement subsidies for private MU's?
I think that from the moment that independent MUs get State funding they have to tolerate government interference. I also think most of the party MU rather do their own thing even thou they also fight for the same country we all love.
I see for the future of the independent MU a chance to deploy them in various ONE and proONE battles.
Say for example a medium high priorty in ONE we could send a medium strong independent MU to. A high priority fight we could combine Special-forces with a high influence independent MU.
I terms of payment I would say if we are talking UK battles they can ofc comme and claim supplies in the Strike-channel. I would rather see Brits getting axtra tanks for hitting then we have to depend on foreign MUs.

Military,
Question 1.
I was talking about the RM needs of the national military units, UKSF, army, army reserves etc....
Previously they have had the demand catered for by one individual at a potentially preferential rate - would you either;
a) Make them buy off the market?
b) Open up the process to allow other citizens to bid-to-supply?
c) Keep it as it currently is?
I'm a bit surprised to see military WRM even brought up as a subject of contention, but since it has been I'm more than happy to answer those questions since the 'one individual' in question is myself.
Six months ago, the military was in tough times. There weren't enough Tank Factories to accommodate everyone, WRM supply wasn't reliable, and military company owners were spending out of their own pockets to purchase WRM off the market. Purchases and refunds were not handled efficiently and were placing additional stresses on company owners who were already forgoing their own profits to aid the military.
As it stands now, the majority of the WRM our military uses is produced by myself at a cost of 0.34 GBP per WRM. The supply system is based off a purchase/donation scheme in which company owners buy my offers from the Marketplace and have the value of their purchase refunded back through donation. All WRM purchases are repaid to our company owners within 24 hours and I'm repaid the value of their purchases once a week.
As for your options Alfa, if we buy from the market we'd be asking our military company owners to log every single WRM purchase they make. Since the amount of WRM for sale in each market offer varies, we might in some instances be asking MM999 (who buys a vast amount of WRM) to buy 15-20 market offers every single day. Every single purchase would have to be logged then someone would be required to add them all up and donate the correct amount back to him with vicious consistency. If instead, we were to pre-supply the GBP needed, we'd never be sure that money wasn't wasted or pocketed. Also, there is an issue of taking that much out WRM out of the marketplace (albeit, this is less of a concern now than it was six months ago).
A bid-to-supply system would be fine in my mind. Provided that the people involved were consistent and reliable in their duties (which is by no means a gimme). To many individual suppliers complicates the process for both military command and company owners. So, we'd need to be sure we don't add unneeded hassle for military company owners who already do enough on their own.
I have for some time now wanted to find a replacement for myself, as I have been doing this now for months on end. But, finding someone who is willing to produce 120,000 WRM per week and forgo profits for up to six days isn't an easy task. I brought this very issue up with both Temujin and Kravenn a month ago but inertia is a powerful force particularly when the current system is both easy and reliable.
Sorry for the wall of text (:
Question One: Are you planning on closing the Ireland war with no gains for the UK, even with the favourable RW changes?
Question Two: Any plans for RECRUITMENT?
