1. Dividend paid every 15th and 30th of every month (started from 1 Jan 2011)
2. Dividend division: 8% reinvest, 7% for special shares, 85% for ordinary shares (started immediately)
3. Special Share didn't own voting rights, give to our business partner and cannot sell to other people.
