Dear congress members,

Romania has submitted an MPP proposal with us but without following the standard procedure. As neither the participants of the Sol Games nor the congresses of the two host countries have been polled yet you should vote No on the proposal. The president of Romania has been contacted for future negotiations and we might see them in the Sol Games a few days from now. But at this point you should vote No. Thank you very much.
