[Elections] - Some of my plans in more detail

Day 531, 18:49 Published in Malaysia Malaysia by Nagyzee

As I’ve promised I’ll elaborate on some crucial parts of my program in more detail here.

Economy

As already mentioned in my former article the top priority is clearly increasing the userbase. However on the short term a significant boost to the economy could be achieved already by increasing the general wellness level of the population. Most of the newer users are under 40 wellness and some of them have as low as 20. By recovering their wellness their productivity could increase 2 to 5 times. According to my plans the Social Office will coordinate and co-finance a wellness program aimed at this.
Higher general productivity would also result in more goods created and thus a larger real market behind the MYR and this could be a stabilizing factor on the monetary market.

Social policy

On this field as well the most important thing will be the above mentioned wellness program. Besides this a full scale mentor program will be set up to increase the retention rate of new users. We should adopt the policy of „No man left behind”.🙂 Another possibility to increase activity is to organize lotteries. New citizens must also be supplied with an absolutely informative and helpful new citizen message and thorough tutorials in articles.

Structure of the government

To be honest I’m not in favour of creating too many separate offices and positions. My government would be a streamlined one with only a handful of Ministries each run by a crew of 2-3 people – the minister and his/her deputies.

I’d like to keep the President of the Central Bank as a separate position. The central bank would be responsible for distributing money to other government institutions, overseeing their work financially and for regulating (or more like influencing) the monetary market.

The Social Office would essentially function as the Ministry of Economy and Social Affairs. It would manage the few state-owned companies, regulate/influence the job market through job offers and would coordinate the wellness program and the mentor system. The newspaper of the office would for example publish tutorials for newer users, advices about company and wellness management and articles about the state of the economy.

The Foreign Office lead by the Minister of Foreign Affairs would manage the diplomatic ties of the country and largely be responsible for immigration campaigns.

I’d also like to appoint a Minister of Defence though this position would play a rather minor role till we get a hospital and training battles. But the ministry could start organizing our military units and once we have battles and spare funds it would organize weapon distribution and ranking up of our most important soldiers.

I’d also like to see at least 1-2 users in the government (no separate positions, just anywhere in the above mentioned offices) who speak Malay and could help out in translating the most important articles and in keeping in contact with local users who speak no or very little English. Besides all this the organizations of the government could be stationed abroad and function as import partners for the Malaysian manufacturing companies if there is a demand for this. That’s all more or less.

Lastly I’d like to say that in case I win I’d be deeply honoured if Vikta accepted the position of Vice President and the president of the central bank in my government.
