Greetings to the proud people of Russia

As being your Cyprus ambassador, I'm glad to announce that Our government has decided to improve our relations through a new Tourism Project.
From tomorrow on, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus shall provide daily 650 hp & Weapon requirements of 5 Russian citizens until the day of 1,567.
We believe that the relations must be developed through concrete steps, Russia is one of our Oldest and most Loyal allies from the begining that's why we want to do something to strenghten our connection.
eRepublik is a platform where we can know eachother better and elimitane the prejudice, eTourism activities may assist us on these issues.

Conditions:

* Being a Russian citizen

* Being in a level between 18-25

* Being online at least once per a day
