Join the new world

Greetings, citizens of Cuba,

another month has passed, and new President will be selected quite soon. At first, let me give few words to him (whomever he might be at the moment). The role of president is not easy, and it revolves about having a good cabinet and having good relations with your political enemies. Most of the times, one of these two conditions will fail and nothing will ever go according to your preliminary plan. In the times of holiday season, as we have now, it is usually the first. During the regular months, it is mostly the second. In special cases, it is both. Either way, that's why the inner strength and ability to adapt is vital for a good president. And if you possess these two abilities, you even might have a good month in the end!

In the last months, we faced a lot of inner instability. Impeachments became a regular thing, so no long-term plans could have been made, even though some presidents really tried. My month was focused on getting things back on track, slowly re-custom ourselves with all our laws (which have been neglected), and focus on repairing our foreign affairs, which have been left in a state of disarray for the last couple of months. Unfortunately, I failed in few ways, not being able to release enough summary reports, about what has been going on. Truth to be told, a lot of it has been secret or "still in preparation" at the time, but I could have done better anyway. On the other side though, other laws have been respected quite well (the agriculture law helped three people to get their bread factories), and we were even able to handle a lot of issues, which has appeared unexpectedly - Mexico, Spain, problems with Toucans - in all cases, I have tried to do my best to mitigate the damage, and I hope my moves will be considered as good by future Cubans.

Yet, there is still lot to do, and I hope next President will follow my work in some of these branches. Discussion with Mexico (which helped me to understand their point of view, and learn more about mentality of their nation) will have to continue for the next month, since now we have the option of starting a Training War with them. Are we able to handle two Training War at the ame time during holiday season and with our overall low damage? That is a tough question, and it will certainly require a patient President, willing to push buttons at the exact right time, skilled Ministry of Defense to update orders regularly, and strong and diligent army, private or public or both.

Discussion with other nations will also have to continue on a high level, whether we talk about Orion, Asteria (especially Portugal), Spain, Egypt, or others. Our MPP stack must be maintained and maybe even slightly enlarged in order to keep our wars going. Now, allow me to take a little personal intermission, and mention two names, which I believe could help very well with this area, and which have shown potential during this month. First of them is Josefrancis. Thanks to him and his admirable work, our relations with Latin American countries have grown significantly, and I believe he can be a good Minister of Foreign Affairs in the future. The other one is Axvall, who showed some good knowledge about English speaking countries, and who could represent us in ORION, where we could use some more representatives, one day.

In terms of economy, a google document (available by clicking at the picture below) has been updated with all our income and expenses. At the moment, it seems our taxes and income are doing fine, but if we will ever need to change something, this document can be used as a basis for justification of said change (for example our import taxes could be higher, since we do not earn anything from them... we should help people to make new companies to collect more manager taxes and fill our market with our own products... lower our VAT in order for the market to be more competitive, etc. ). The taxes from Egypt have been returned without any major problems or delays, and Agriculture aid was paid as well as fast as possible.


Also, I certainly hope the new President will continue to promote discussion in Congress - there is a lot of good idead going on there, they just need to be taken a one step further, and find someone breave enough to propose them. And President should do his best to support these brave players, and give them a helping hand wtih respect of the law.

Saludos, los ciudadanos de Cuba,

Otro mes ha pasado, y el nuevo presidente será seleccionado muy pronto. En primer lugar, permítanme decir algunas palabras sobre él (quien podría estar en el momento). El papel del presidente no es fácil, y gira alrededor de tener un buen armario y tener buenas relaciones con sus enemigos políticos. La mayoría de las veces, una de estas dos condiciones fallará y nada va a ir nunca de acuerdo a su plan preliminar. En los tiempos de la temporada de vacaciones, como tenemos ahora, suele ser el primero. Durante los períodos ordinarios de meses, es sobre todo la segunda. En casos especiales, es ambos. De cualquier manera, y esa es la razón de la fuerza interior y la capacidad de adaptación es vital para un buen presidente. Y si usted posee estas dos capacidades, que incluso podría tener un buen mes en la final!

En los últimos meses, hemos enfrentado mucho del interior de inestabilidad. Procedimientos de destitución se convirtió en un regular algo, así que no hay planes a largo plazo que podrían haber sido realizados, aunque algunos presidentes probado realmente. Mi mes se centró en conseguir que las cosas en la pista, lentamente re-custom nosotros con todas nuestras leyes (que han sido descuidados), y se centran en la reparación de nuestras relaciones exteriores, que se han dejado en un estado de confusión en el último par de meses. Por desgracia, he fallado en algunas maneras, no siendo capaces de liberar suficiente los informes de resumen, sobre lo que ha estado sucediendo. La verdad para ser contada, mucho ha sido secretas o "en preparación" en ese momento, pero yo podría haber hecho mejor de todos modos. En el otro lado, sin embargo, otras leyes han respetado bastante bien (la ley de agricultura de ayudado a tres personas para obtener su pan en las fábricas), e incluso fuimos capaces de manejar una gran cantidad de cuestiones, que ha aparecido inesperadamente - México, España, problemas con tucanes - en todos los casos, he intentado hacer mi mejor esfuerzo para mitigar el daño, y espero que mis movimientos será considerada como buena por el futuro de los cubanos.

Sin embargo, todavía hay mucho que hacer, y espero que el próximo Presidente siga mi trabajo en algunas de estas ramas. Debate con México (que me ayudó a comprender su punto de vista, y aprender más acerca de la mentalidad de su nación) tendrá que continuar durante el próximo mes, ya que ahora tenemos la opción de iniciar una formación guerra con ellos. Somos capaces de manejar dos cursos Guerra al ismo tiempo durante la temporada de vacaciones y con nuestra visión global poco daño? Esa es una pregunta difícil, y requerirá ciertamente un paciente Presidente, dispuesto a empujar los botones en el momento exacto, experto del Ministerio de Defensa para actualizar pedidos de forma regular, y fuertes y diligentes ejército, privado o público, o ambos.

Debate con otras naciones también tendrá que seguir a un nivel alto, tanto si hablamos de Orión, Asteria (especialmente Portugal), España, Egipto, o a otras personas. Nuestro MPP pila debe ser mantenido e incluso ampliado ligeramente para mantener nuestras guerras. Ahora, permítaseme tomar un poco personal intermedio, y menciona dos nombres, que yo creo que podría ayudar muy bien con esta área, y que han mostrado un potencial durante este mes. La primera de ellas es Josefrancis. Gracias a él y a su admirable labor, nuestras relaciones con los países de América Latina han crecido significativamente, y creo que puede ser un buen ministro de Relaciones Exteriores en el futuro. La otra es Axvall, quien mostró algunos buenos conocimientos sobre países de habla inglesa, y quién podría representarnos en Orion, donde podríamos utilizar algunos más representantes, un día.

En términos de economía, un google documento (disponible haciendo clic en la imagen de abajo) ha sido actualizado con todos nuestros ingresos y gastos. Por el momento, parece que nuestros impuestos y los ingresos están haciendo bien, pero si vamos a necesitar cambiar algo, este documento puede ser utilizado como una base para la justificación de dicho cambio (por ejemplo, nuestros impuestos de importación podría ser mayor, ya que no ganan nada de ellos... nos debería ayudar a la gente a hacer nuevas empresas para recopilar más manager impuestos y llenar nuestro mercado con nuestros propios productos... nuestra baja el IVA para que el mercado sea más competitivo, etc. ). Los impuestos de Egipto han sido devueltos sin mayores problemas ni demoras, y la agricultura se pagó la ayuda así como rápido como sea posible.


También, ciertamente espero que el nuevo Presidente seguirá promoviendo el debate en el Congreso - hay un montón de buena idead sucede allí, sólo necesitan tener un paso más allá, y encontrar a alguien breave suficientes para proponer. Y el Presidente debe hacer su mejor para apoyar a estos valientes jugadores, y darles una mano con el respeto de la ley.
