福利仓库运行简易准则加帐 目公告

本人与 Day706 正式接手 Warehouse of Welfare 的管理 (暂不负责政策制定) , 由于各种原因, 现在才发布准则和帐目,Warehouse of Welfare 主要对象是 1-6 级新人, 发放物品为 Food ,Tickets ,Gifts , 由于暂时没有收到正式文件 , 准则就按照福利部长原话：
“六级以下的新人, 如果说要面包的话, 给他
到六级的话, 如果不够体力而又向你求助 的话, 借他 (i.e. 要他还 g)
要急需机票的话也可以问你 借, 一样有需要还”

在正式文件下达前, 对象根据实际情况会适当放 宽, 有意申请福利者, 可以联系 Warehouse of Welfare 或者当前仓库管理员 s6492
