What We Must Do...
![USA](http://www.erepublik.net/images/flags_png/S/USA.png)
Gaius Julius
(Sir Winston Churchill) yeah thats right eUK I quoted him, watcha gonna do?
This nation values a great number of virtues and ideas. We value our ability to vote, justice and service to our country. Our country now stands tested like never before. We have enemies who seek not simply to take a state or two. No they will not stop till they have crushed the eUS into a shadow of our former self. It is a dark time we live in, but now is not the time to give up. Now more than ever the eUS must be the shining beacon for the free world. We must prove PEACE wrong, we cannot go quietly into the night. Now is the time to stand untied and fight peace with everything we have.
This paper is a two part message, not only is it encouragement to keep up the fight but it is also a reminder that the eUS must fight peace not only on the battlefield but with the ballot box. Hungary is possibly the most successful PTO'r in history, they have a voter core who will move on any notice. There has been a lot of talk vote freezing, dictatorship and OUR right to vote where we will choose. I will get into this but let me first give you some history and facts.
Indo and Hungary together can move probably close to 3000 voters. Include some other nations and they could scrape together 4000+. The eUS has never known the worries of PTO, the closest we ever came were few random foreign candidates and the failed UIP PTO. We have had the PRIVILEGE to live freely, have a thriving democracy and are able to maintain a stable nation. Our allies and other countries have not been so lucky, they have known oppressionand destruction of their country and the systemized decimation of their society. Lets look at some past examples.
-Months ago Spain came within a few dozen votes of a PTO of their congress. I'd like to remind you that at that time Spain was our only ally with high iron they are also our closest ally to date. During that month we had one of the highest vote tallies in our countries history. Essentially we told our allies our petty squabbling was more important than our alliance. We sent a clear message ONLY the eUS has a right to her liberties. Where is the justice in that?
-Last month Croatia lost to 1300 Hungarian voters. This was the same month where the Libs and the AAP had their famous vote off in NJ. Both people who ran were good candidates, they were similar in just about every way, what if they had run in their normal states? It would have meant the 100's of votes moved there could have gone elsewhere. Maybe enough to give Croatia control of their congress? Possibly. But once again we sat on the sidelines, we showed that we love democracy, but only for ourselves.
It is nothing but clear hypocrisy when people stampede talking about OUR right to debate, to politicking, to vote in the eUS. What do you say to people in Croatia, Greece, Spain Canada? You talk about people's rights but with the same breath you say liberty for only the eUS. I say every person in this game has a right to their country. The eUS holds the moral high ground, and if we want to continue to be able to claim we love democracy and liberty, then we have an absolute obligation to help protect it in other nations. Ill leave you with this question. I stated above that our enemies could get the votes to PTO us, if this happened do you think the same allies you resign to death would come to our aid, are you willing to risk that?
Now back to the present day, it look as though the eUS is safe from PTO. But what about our allies? Countries like Greece, Canada and Croatia are not safe. They are key allies who have fought for us in every battle thus far. The eUS can bring more voters to potential PTO's than any other country. As I stated above we have a moral obligation to save these countries. But how? A lot has been said in support and against the vote freeze. The problem with this vote freeze is it lacks both force and full compliance. Without both it is essentially pointless. It fails to show the ability to move votes out of the country, what is there to guarantee all votes won't simply stay home anyway? The solution is in fact much simpler.
The Air Force, volunteers for liberty
The Air Force was created several months ago, a brainchild of Jewitt (coolest dude ever!). They are an all volunteer force. Over the past months they have chosen to selflessly sacrifice their right to vote at home to save other nations. They are the definition of freedom fighters and defenders of liberties. Furthermore this service is the solution to the eUS's PTO problems. So what happens now? Well like any federalist papers article I decided to make a list of what different people can do.
Parties:
-Agree to stop movable voting and sniping this month. This is not the time to be arguing over Tennessee or North Dakota. We do not need another New Jersey where two parties move in hundreds of votes to win an election.
-Promote the Air Force and voting abroad to your members. Ask for volunteers who will be willing to donate their vote to the cause of liberty and justice. -Worry less about who get more seats this month
Citizens:
-Volunteer for the Air Force HERE . Consider it your patriotic and civic duty to sign up.
-Pressure your party and fellow citizens to put aside rhetoric this month and focus on the cause at hand. -Keep up the fight! Show peace what you are made of!
The eUS has the greater potential than any nation, we can not and must not be defeated. We are the guardians of liberty and justice, it is our obligation to commit ourselves fully to this cause.

UIP is doing exactly what you suggested Gaius
Great work, and more significantly a hugely important article to get voted into the top 5. Lets get to work!
Also, what happened to the pony express when we need it?
Good article Gaius.

Living freely is not a privilege.
The Air Force was founded to fight PTO attempts. It served it purpose and lived up its moral values until the 25th of June when you have tried to PTO France. That is when the Air Force crossed the thin line between an anti-PTO and a PTO organisation.
Hey Zoli thanks for the comment...Keep in touch buddy!!!
No worries PEACE is here, you'll soon all live in a true democracy. Surrender your biological and nuclear weapons (and oil resources...).
PS: Who's the hairy monkey in the pic?
PPS: Wonder if you mentioned democracy and people's rights when Russia, Serbia, Pakistan were TOed and destroyed, not to mention several failed attempts
Great words full of wisdom ~ vision with a strength to inspire many.
Victory shall be ours!
Croatia is by your side😁
We need to prevent PTOs but in the same token we shouldn't have to give up our elections in order to fight fire with fire. Having a more organized and larger USAF is the key here.
umm no eCroatia is not even allied with eUSA 🙂

Hey, you're welcome buddy. See you in Budapest!
Voted!
Something we can all agree on - voted.
Umm.. Didnt you forget something from this? I help you.
Your beloved allies started this PTO business ( Romanians to be accuret ). Now its part of the game. Romania used it in Indonesia ( Matzanesia ). The Spain PTO by Hungary was to help out Indonesia by making USA vote in Spain not in Indonesia. We sent over 800 voters to Indonesia ( that would be enough to win in Spain for sure ) that time.
Croatia did 2 PTO ( they say only one but its enough either ) in Serbia and not let Sebian regions free. This way they had several Serbian in they country. Thats why they lost in the votes.
So i wouldnt cry for them. 🙂
Everybody fear PTO. But its part of the game until citizenship arives. We in Hungary want a good democracy but we had to make such an affective PTO team to counter Romania and win that part of the game either.
varga...nice thoughts brosif...maybe you should use your citizen profile...Hiding aint cool G.
Smart thinking!!
Good article.
But it is in no way anyone's patriotic duty to give up their own voice in government to prop up a foreign nation.
Well done as always, Gaius. Our war is on two fronts and we should guard both diligently. N. Korea is also facing similar problems of PTO and as an American citizen I believe in upholding our allies' freedom as well. Get out there and vote!
Great article! The eUS has a massive amount of resources and we should put them to use. We don't need to freak out and scramble to react to everything PEACE says, but with level heads and solid logical arguments like this one, I think they'll be easily defeated.
YES!
Finally, someone who gets it.
Our enemies use PTO's, we should too.
1) I won't respond to any PEACE trolls about the morality of PTO's or who started it. It's a waste of time.
2) We are at war, and for the first time, threatened with complete foreign occupation. If we want to fight amongst ourselves, by September, we might be arguing over who runs for the Indonesian Congress from Kansas, the Portugeuse Congress in Florida, the French Congress in New Jersey, and the British Parliament in New York.
3) Until we have some kind security, I recommend a National Unity Ticket.
I don't care how it happens-- PP's could meet in a smoke-filled room, and divvy up Congress. Or, another plan I've heard is for all present Congresspersons to be re-endorsed by all major parties, with the USWP giving up 3 seats to other parties (and I'm USWP).
The extra votes could be used to a) protect our allies from PTO, b) threaten our enemies with PTO.

@Varga & Varga - I've called you out on this before brah. Stop being a coward and hiding behind an org. If we go on sheer numbers the Hungarians are kings of the PTO game. You can point the finger at Romania, but it's who ever is caught with their hand in the cookie jar; irregardless of who did it first.
Fact is, Hungary doesn't have the stones to invade us directly, because they know we would PTO the S out of them. So they send in the French and English to do it for them. That way if there is a PTO their precious country survives, and they have some new rallying cry. Because after this war everything is even, from this point on the actions of a country are judge for what they do, not why they did it.
BTW great article as usual voted, already a member of the USAF, and already subscribed.
P.S. You've been pretty quiet Zoli, I haven't heard much about your q5 hospitals. I thought that was an issue that concerned you tremendously?? I guess you don't care about us after all. *sniff* I have sad panda face for you.
Btw, there were 1300 voters from SERBIA AND HUNGARY
I think you're ignoring the fact that of those 100's of New Jersey voters... some of them are two-clickers who already live there, who see the "Remember to vote today" button, and make it a three-click day. I think that contributes much more to high vote totals in NJ, FL, and I presume KS soon, than it does to parties trying to move votes around.
That said, I agree with the sentiment and hope more people are willing to move around to protect our allies' democracies this month than last...
