Uk is one of the largest nations of erepublik but is not strong militarily, why?
The main reasons are these:
- UK directly involved in few wars;
- few soldiers rank;
- little company of high-quality weapons that do not meet the demand of the British army;
- Uk as part of Atlantis can only fight against France.
Solutions:
- open a training war against Belgium for rank soldiers;
- create a state arms company q4 for the British army;
- give incentives to entrepreneurs to create companies of high quality weapons;
- create a third alliance where Uk is a leader;
I remind you that UK up to 50 years ago dominated the world!

it actually true, even though after WW2 britian was still a top country in the world, it had many colonies and controled a large stake in the world. maybe not untill 1960 though because it gave inderpendance to many colonies in the 50's and 60's
I'm not from UK, but I suppose that darkplayer would start another discusison, not about the role of UK in the real world...

All good in theory but the reality is that the amount of time and effort it would take to do this is beyond even the most influential members of this nation

I like it. Have you heard of LSD? It is a political party that wants eUK to concentrate heavily on military advancement. This would involve theatre wars for training purposes and having MPP's with countries likely to go to war. We also understand the financial strain this would put on eUK, so are looking to reform the NHS and introduce competition for weapon stock pile contracts to keep prices low.

I for one would like the chance to fight, I'm currently stuck Training, Eating and Working each day until I can fight but when I can I want to be able to do it easily.
I don't want to go to war. Diplomacy and hugging kittens is the way forward.

The UK is poor mate that's why we are so crap in military, lack of fundings. The more funds we get the better we will be.
The real questiuon is why a country the size of Britian lacks any true political debate, simplyy infighting between the various strands of the same "Liberal" parties.
A strong political will, authorititive and forward thinking, is what is required. The willingness is there for action from the population but they lack the focus or inspiration

The truth is that Atlantis is mainly run by the agressive Romania and they will not ever let you to be a leader of this alliance.

im setting up an INCLUSIVE, NON-RACIST, far right party when i progress enough which will focus on state, family, unity. It will be geared towards being a stronger more active partner in ATLANTIS but will also be engaging in activity that will give our troops the much needed experience they demand and deserve. watch this space.
If you hate on grounds of race, language, colour etc you're out.
If you believe in duty, state, inclusivity, and the responsibilities of citizenship... then youre in.

Marwoo😛 there are two types of politics in the eUK. The sheep party and all the rest. The reason we have no propper debate is because this sheep party simply bulldogs its way into power every term.
