From her beacon-hand
Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command
The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.
"Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she
With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"
Congratulations eIsrael. We are experiencing an influx of immigrants, and we are well on our way to becoming a major world power. Immigrants are coming to the promised land. This nation has great potential, and this is the first stage to our rise to glory. However, most of us fail to realize something.
We are NOT ready for this wave of immigrants
First off, i would like to say that this is no one's fault. No one, not even our government, could've forseen the events of the last 2 weeks coming. Preparing for a baby boom just wasnt a priority. We had bigger things to do, like organize the IDF.
That does not mean we can't prepare.
Our nation is not built for a wave of immigration. Not today at least. It's up to us, the people of eIsrael, to ready our nation for gloryYou may ask,"What can I, the average joe, do?"
Start a company! We need to open jobs for newcomers
Buy products! We need to keep the economy from failing.
Join the IDF! With the guns you bought, fight with the IDF and gain experience!
Donate Moving Tickets to refugees! The less immigrants spend money on tickets, the more money they can flood into our market.
Start up your own newspaper! Let your voice be heard. If you have an idea, I know I'd like to hear it.
