The CPR. The Canadian Penguin Revolution. Revolution of penguins. Canada needs a revolution, and this is the best way to do it.
Economy.
Everyone has the same idea raise the VAT. Admin is printing CAD and decreasing its value. Simple increasing the VAT puts money into the government. Addy came up with the idea and everyone is simply copying and pasting. Best way out.
Military.
connecting to economy. we are missing a grain region. Many of our neighbours have grain and we don't (Admins screwed up). But who has grain? Our neighbours to the south USA have grain. simply we can buy a region from them. OR Portugal. They have almost 1000 citizens less than us. How easy would it be to take some regions from them. Now if we declared them as a Natural Enemy we get the increased stats. War sparks interest into citizens. demand for Weapons and food increases. Taking the regions gives a productivity bonus.
Education system.
we`re going to set up our education system. We educate people in several places in erepublik such as; the economy, military, media. We send free food to anyone under level 20 who has below 50 wellness and needs to restore health.

VAT to capture fake CAD? MOO!!!
Grain region to feed the herd? MOO!!!
Government funded education and food programs? BOO!!! The most practical way to do this is to DEMAND business owners to build relationships with their employees, educate them and feed them and guide them to ematurity. Government programs to do this just waste money.

or on the other hand, let's balance the budget, to make sure everyone in eCanada get's their fair share of money from the government - through government education programs, businesses, and MORE! CPP!!!!
