the new eUSA War Games

The eUSA will be starting new war games this week with many of our friends and allies. Stay tuned for more details.
We have signed a Treaty with Ireland and will be getting some War Games underway soon. The War Games will involve Ireland attacking Rhode Island several times per week while we and our allies repulse the attack.

As word gets around more countries are getting on board to defray the costs of these war games. The initial cost will be 300 gold for a war declaration against the eUSA and subsequent battles will cost around 65 gold. The more of this cost we defray, especially the initial cost, the better it is for all of us.
So far we have nearly a dozen countries who have expressed an interest and are hoping to get agreements with them about contributing to the costs before moving forward. Expect them to come later this week and expect these war games to raise our level of prominence within the world as we will have more opportunities to fight in real wars through MPPs with new nations that are in areas of the world where these real battles are taking place.
I'm sure that the many Americans who enjoyed and benefited from the last War Games will not be disappointed by new ones nor will they see them as a campaign ploy. I've talked about these for weeks and now that we've closed operations in Mexico it's time to move on. I have to thank Harrison Richardson and Equality 7-2521 for their help in devising and making this project come together.
Update: Ireland has now proposed War in their Congress. Within 24 hours we should have a war declaration and be ready to begin. There are still some details to be worked out with who needs to do the first attack as Ireland has a Treaty with the UK ... but we're working on those details and have plenty of time.

@ Uncle Sam: That would make excellent sense. It would give us one of the two resources we don't have high access to. The biggest obstacle will be convincing the eAmericans to give up a region. It seems to me (and I could be mistaken) that we are pretty attached to all 50 of our states, and might not want to give one up. Then again, it's the eCanucks, so they might be convinced after all.

They've been working on this one for a while, and I'm glad to see it's finally put together. Kind of puts scrabman's promise for "something big...." in perspective. At any rate, it's a great example of allies working together to actually achieve something, unlike our pathetic embargoes. For god's sake.

@ Uncle Sam - I like that proposal. I think the citizens of the state to be traded might have the hardest time but it seems much more reasonable then any other suggestion I have heard to solve the diamond problem.

He-he, after a failed attempt at invading eRussia scrabman gives you more war-games. Which actually is the next best thing to a real war - if you can't be of help in the world wars at least you can have the ersatz version, it's good training and great for the economy! scrabman IS the best president you've had for months despite having no foreign policy of his own.
Part of the reason why I told almost no one about this plan when I came up with 2 months ago is because I wanted to ensure that Atlantis could implement before Peace. Hopefully we can work to get ours implemented at least at the same time, now.
To the rest of America, you are welcome. The official term for this plan is "The Eq Plan" btw. Peace should give me some credit and quit pretending like they've been working on this before I came up with it.

It doesn't make much sense to launch a campaign ploy the day of the election now does it? This thing won't even see it's first battle until later this week and whoever the President is can take care of it.

We have to take the good with the bad, this weekend was a fiasco. Peace preempted our plan it appears. However, securing our Mexican border and the proposed war games are a good thing.
