Noob became a fine student. He learned the "eeehs" and the "aaahs" of the English tongue as if it was a rudimentary skill of a flightless bird. Dr. Phoenician, the companion of his journey and his mentor is greatly pleased with his skill and talent. Seven days have passed since they first met, five days since they departed for their journey... then they arrive in a secret building called Marketplace.

At the door was a doorkeeper; little, tan, and with squinted eyes, he greeted the travelers a warm hello.

"My name is Doh Mein." He says. "I am the doorkeeper and the guide of this area... I was raised in a far away land led by a stubby man with the visage of Mr. Presley... well, at least his hairstyle... And what may I offer you dear travelers?"

The little ostrich, sparked with great curiosity for seeing a man so different from his admired mentor, asked the doorkeeper, "Why are you so different?"

The doorkeeper, not erred by the question, looked at the little creature and said,
"Everyone is different young one. Although we belong in one unit, in one group, and in one heart, we are all unique and different from each other. Such difference is the greatest gift of god. It is what defines you, me, and him or her. However, such difference must not be used against others for even if we are independent from one another, we are all one, in a sense we are. And my friend, I daresay, who in this world would have the guts to truly belittle his own self."

Seeing that Noob got even more confused by the doorkeeper's reply, Dr. Phoenician interrupted and told the doorkeeper that they needed food and lodging.

Doh Mein, browsing through his catalogs, looked up to the doctor and replied, "Wait a moment sir, let me get my assistant."

After entering the door, Doh Mein brought a little child. Doh Mein introduced the little child as his granddaughter. Her name was Quah Li, and she loved tea. Quah Li, who loved tea, took out an inventory from her pocket. She announced a list of various options: "Q1 food from World War Company made by workaholics of 90+ Wellness, Q1 food from Hamburgers-R-Us imported from Romania and etc..."

Dr. Phoenician then chose some from the inventory and bought a movable resting tent. While Noob, fired up with greater curiosity, kept asking the doctor for the details about the door and the building. However, Dr. Phoenician nor anyone, except for Doh Mein and Quah Li, who loved tea, know anything about the building and the room behind the door.

Night then came but the fiery heart of the little ostrich did not abate. The mentor warned the little bird that no matter what, he must never poke into the business behind that door. However, such warning did not supersede Noob's curiosity. Thus, as midnight knocked on the tent's soft veil, Noob sneaked out and arrived at the Marketplace's door. This time, Doh mein nor Quah Li, who loved tea, were not around to guard the door.

Noob stared at the golden knob... and stared... and stared even more... then, with his feathery arm... he reached over the golden sphere and twisted it. It was... indeed, a twist of excitement!

And voila, as the door creaked open, it was... empty! Noob looked around, every corner, every side... It was... indeed, quite a bloody twist!

The building was actually a pagoda that seemed to have five storeys. But why, why was the building empty? Where are the goods? Where are the items? Where is Doh Mein? Or Quah Li who loved tea? WHY IS IT EMPTY!

But, Noob's ghastly comeuppance was not the only one he should have feared! Behind him, a man lurking in the shadows appears. The man's arm reaches out from the darkness, and it GRABS! IT GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It grabs the tiny feather that fell off from Noob's wing. The man comes out of the darkness, another stubby man, but quite different. "The room was just cleaned!" He remarks. "Please, try not make mess. I work hard for this. Thirty days and shiny medal I get!"

With great dismay for this unfulfilled adventure, Noob went back to the camp.

Suprisingly, Dr. Phoenician was up and was waiting for him. He said, "I told you not to."

Noob then looked at him with great confusion, "How did you know?" he asked.

But the doctor, instead of answering, smiles at him and tells him to go to sleep.

"Enough adventure for today. We have a greater journey to travel. A bigger adventure to begin. A longer road ahead of us."

After a few hours, the sun rises once again, and the journey... continues.

Beware reader: A journey will not always be so smooth. A dark force may lurk in the corner and wait for its chance to prey upon our protagonists.
