If you don't want foreigners coming for easy gold why don't you persuade more of the eMexican population to get more involved rather than just playing a few clicks a day. In time it would help eMexico at the least.
If there were 40 citizens that were running seriously for Congress then i certainly wouldn't go up against them, i just feel i may as well get what i can whilst it's not putting anyone else out.
