Right now, we've got Koreans in Korea. However, we can't communicate with them. We can't talk to them. We can't tell them what we're doing for this country or get their ideas on what's good for the country.

In short, we're crippled from contacting most of our people.

Because of this, I'd like to appoint my Secretary of the Interior as Peter de LusionisT Bae. With his help, we will be able to get the Koreans interested in Korea.

I am confident in this appointment and hope it will bring about a better Korea. Thank you.
