Oh well; second campaign for office in ePhilippines... second loss. Oh well; time to move forward.

Congratulations to Eugene Batista on destroying me in yesterday's election. I knew it was a long shot to defeat him in the election for party president, but I was hoping to do better than that.

Third times the charm? I sure hope so. I'm moving on without even licking my wounds and I am running for Congress in Mindanao.

I have yet to serve as a Congressman in the Philippines, but I have been elected to the American Congress six times, even serving in Congressional Leadership. I know the mechanics of being a congressman and ask to be given the chance.

As I noted in the National Defense Bulletin of the Philippine Defense Department, the Armed Forces of the Philippines is making personnel changes and making commune work mandatory. This is a necessary step to better the military and make it more self-sufficient. Please bear with us and we move forward third. We are small, but mighty; and we get mightier every day.
