New Fed Positions

I would like to announce the following new positions and the Feds chosen to direct them.

All three posistions are assitant positions under the Political Director

Assistant over eUS Interparty Relations - Guais

Assistant over International Interparty Relations/ Head International Man of Mystery - MitchRapp

Assistant over Federalist Congressional Caucus - Epac

Now these titles are long, so each can devise his own shorter title.
