Join the new world

Hello, you have probably seen me around before. I am Shawn "psyber2kayos" Nichols and I am a member of the America's Advancement Party. Well I am here to state my candidacy for the state of Illinois. I came to my decision to do so after long thought about how far we have come as a nation, I would love to be apart of it's future. I will separate this into three categories: my views on the eUS and its future, my strengths/weaknesses, and finally of course, the conclusion.

Views

The current war certainly brought us closer together as a nation. We went from being nearly obliterated to nearly kicking PEACE out of North America. We have the seen the economy crash, and we have seen it recover. There is no doubt in my mind our current leaders are pretty amazing people. There have certainly been mixed feelings about how the American infrastructure should be implemented, how high taxes should be, and what to do once PEACE is kicked out.

Infrastructure: I believe we should have minimal hospitals and defense systems. We should have 2 or 3 fortress states for the sake of national stability. In the states we do implement them (Q5s), they should only be placed in states vital to the American economy. Primarily those states that have high resource value and population, such as California. Also I believe the government should be in control of the production of the Hospitals and Defense Systems. The reason being is so we don't spread our population too thin and it saves the government money that can be spent elsewhere.

Taxes: My tax policy is actually quite simple. High taxes during war, to fund our military...and low taxes in peace time so the average citizen has more money in their pocket. Its as simple as that.

Future: Once PEACE is out of North America, I believe we shouldn't seek revenge, but rather allow our economy to grow while participating in training wars while assisting our allied nations in their own liberation.

Strengths and Weaknesses

1. I listen and am able to work with people well. It is one of those skills I have mastered as a PR Officer for t'jelle Bank.

2. I am very good at getting two clickers involved deeper into the game. Assisting where I can, and advising where I feel I am not qualified.

3. I am no where near mastering the game mechanics, actually I don't think anyone is.

4. I will represent all Americans when voting on proposals.

5. I will keep America informed of how I vote on proposals as well as give reasons of why I voted that particular way. I believe the government should be open with the people who elect them.

6. I believe newer players are a part of the heart of America, and I will do my best to make sure they are educated and successful people in whatever their goals may be.

7. Although I am a friend of the people, there is one person I utterly despise. That person is the proud patriot Ajay Bruno. I love telling him off every so often.


Conclusion

I am not asking you to vote for me, because there is a chance you may think different than me. If you do like my views and would like to give me a chance in congress, then vote for me. Once again, I will do everything in my power to ensure that the government listens to the people that places them in power. Thank you for reading.
