כמו שבטח שמעתם אני רץ החודש לנשיאות מדינת ישראל.אך אל תדאגו . אני לא רץ לבד. איתי רץ קבינט מרשים שכולל את טובי בחורינו הפטריוטים .
אני אציג לכם בקצרה את השקפותיי ותוכניותי לקראת החודש הקרוב, אך לפני כן אני אספר קצת על עצמי.

כמו שאתם בטח יודעים , ישראל לא נמצאת במצב מזהיר, אנחנו מדינה קטנה בעלת מספר מועט של אזרחים, ומצבנו הלא מזהיר מבחינת הסדר הצבאי ביחידות משפיע על ארגוננו בעת מלחמה .
אני חייב להגיד , שלמרות המצב , חשוב שנסתכל לעתיד - וביחד ננסה להשתנות !
קודמי , ליבר7 , ניסה להנהיג פה שינוי פנימי שכולי תקווה ורצון להמשיכו .

היום , כאשר אנחנו מסתכלים אל העבר , בייחוד על העבר שלפני קודמי בתפקיד - ליבר7 המוצלח,
אנחנו רואים עבר שחור , מלא בשחיתויות וריבים . מלא בהסכמים שנויים במחלוקת , מלאי תאוות , שקרים ואינטרסים.

אני אמשיך את מה שקודמי בתפקיד הנחיל לנו . השינוי בא מלמטה.
כאשר בונים קיר לבנים ,צריך להכין את הטיט טוב טוב . ולהתחיל לבנות מלמטה. לבנה אחר לבנה .
כך אני רוצה לשנות את ישראל . קודם כל להכין את משרד הפנים והצבא , לעשות אותם ארגונים זריזים , אשר מסוגלים להתמודד עם הלבנים הכבדות שיניחו מעליהם .

כיום , התבצע שינוי . טורקיה הצטרפה לעדן .
הצטרפות טורקיה לעדן , בין אם נרצה ובין אם לא , מציב אותנו בסיטואציה נוחה בה אין לנו אויבים באיזור מלבד איראן ופירום ששייכות לברית היריבה. כמו עומרי נשיאנו האחרון אני חושב שצריך לתמוך בטורקיה, ולתת לה הזדמנות להוכיח את עצמה, אני חושב שאנחנו נוכל לשתף איתם פעולה בקרבות והם יהיו לנו לעזר רב!

בימים אלה תגמר להתבצע החזרת השטחים שלנו כמדינה , ואף הובטחו לנו מספר שטחים נוספים על מנת שיהיו לנו בונוסים גבוהים יותר , מה שנותן לנו אפשרות להילחם עבור בנות בריתנו ולחזק את קשרינו איתם .
בחודש הבא, אני מתכוון לבנות את המדינה . הרבה מעבר לכמה פיקסלים על המסך .
ה-מדינה . היא ארגון רב פעלים , אשר יכיל בתוכו את המשרדים השונים , כולם יפעלו באפקטיביות גרמנית,צייתנות סינית ,רווחיות אמריקאית ,וחכמה ישראלית .

להלן יובאו המשרדים השונים , הסבר קצר על פועלם , ומה אני מתכנן להם לעתיד .


משרד הפנים:
משרד הפנים . המשרד החשוב מכל .

לא צריך להרחיב על פועלו של המשרד.
משרד הפנים דואג לכל בעיות הפנים של ישראל , ולפתרונם המהיר .
כמו ריבים, עזרה לחדשים, הדרכת חדשים במשחק, וכמובן שעשיית בייבום והגדלת הקהילה וגיבושה.

כמו שאתם רואים , זהו משרד חשוב .
על כן , בצעד חסר תקדים החלטתי לנסות ולפצל את המשרד לשני משרדים שונים .

משרד הפרסום:



משרד זה יהיה אחראי על הבייביבום .
כידוע לכולנו , ישראל מדשדשת מאחור בנושא כמות המתמשים הפעילים .
משרד זה יצטרך לפעול בנושא הבייבום ולדאוג לזרימת משתמשים חדשים .
כמו כן , משרד זה יעשה רישום של האזרחים הפעילים בישראל . בלי מולטים. ובלי אזרחים מתים .
הנתונים לא יהיו נכונים עד 100% ויכול להיות שנפספס מספר אזרחים . אבל זה יעזור לנו להבין בידיוק את המצב שאנו נמצאים בו , ואיך משתפרים. כמובן שללא גיבוי מהקהילה לא נוכל לבצע את הרישום, ובכך לא נדע בוודאות מה מצבנו כמדינה.

בחודש הבא, אני מתכנן לשים דגש גדול על נושא הבייביבום .
ולכן נלקחו לטובת הפרוייקט מיטב בחורינו .

וודאי כולכם שמעתם על מר.אלעד שהתחיל את הבייביבום האחרון בעזרת הספמת טוקבאקים באתרי החדשות המובילים .
טוב , מי שלא שמע , אלעד אחראי על כ300 אזרחים חדשים שיצטרפו בשבועיים האחרונים, והמספרים הולכים וגדלים מיום ליום.
האיש היקר הזה, הוא רק חלק מקצה הקרחון של הצוות המעולה שישרת את מדינת ישראל תחת הנהגתי, ואני סומך עליו שהוא יוכל לעזור לנו כמדינה לגדול.


משרד החינוך:

טוב, אם אתם עדיין בבית ספר אתם בטח יודעים על מה אני מדבר.
מערכת החינוך כושלת ! (אני מתכוון באירפאבליק 😃)



אני חושב שישראל צריכה לדאוג יחדיו למערכת חינוך משוכללת , לפני שאנחנו נביא את החדשים .
כאשר השחקנים החדשים באים , לא אחד ולא שתים אנו עדים למצב של בלבול , תסכול, ואי רצון לעזור .
אנחנו פה לשנות את זה !

ביחד , כולנו יחדיו נעשה את המקום הזה נוח לשחקנים חדשים !
הסטטיסטיקה העגומה של הפורשים ? לא עוד !

ישראל צריכה, ויכולה , לדאוג גם לזקנים וגם לילדים .

בשיתוף עם הממשלה ומשרד הפרסום , משרד החינוך ישתמש בנתונים הסטטיסטים שהם אספו , ויחדיו יבנה מערכת להשארת שחקנים .

הנושא החשוב ביותר מבחינתי , הוא שיתוף שחקנים חדשים במערכת הפוליטית .ו יחדיו וותיקים וחדשים נוביל את השינוי !

תפקידו של משרד החינוך הוא:
* עזרה לחדשים(הסבר על המשחק, שיבוץ ליחידה שהמשרד יבנה שתקבל תקצוב מהמדינה על מנת לעזור לחדשים).
* בניית מדריכים שיעזרו לחדשים.--מדריכים קיימים

משרד הביטחון - המשרד שדואג שיהיה לנו מדינה להילחם עבורה !

כמו שאתם בטח יודעים , תפקיד משרד הביטחון דיי השתנה בזמן האחרון , והפך להיות סוג של משרד סטטי .
טוב או לא טוב , אני מתכוון לבדוק את העניין בהתאם לאנשי צבא מסביב לעולם , ולייבא שיטות לחימה חדשות .

אם אנחנו רוצים ליצור יותר דמג' , זה לאו דווקא נתון בביביבום , אלא גם תלוי בשיטת הלחימה שלנו , ומיקסומה .

בגלל ריבוי היחידות הצבאיות בארץ והשינויים בתפקוד היחידות הצבאיות, הצבא צריך להתבסס על היחידות הקיימות, ואף לדאוג לצמצומן, זה יתן לנו סדר צבאי ונזק מקסימלי בקרבות.
אנחנו צריכים לשמור על הארגון שקיים כרגע, אבל לשים יותר דגש על מיקסום נזק, ולימוד הצעירים .

היחידה הצבאית זו דרך נהדרת ללמד צעירים ולהשאיר אותם במשחק .

כולי תקווה שהמשרד יעבוד באפקטיביות גבוהה בחודש הבא. כי זה המפתח להצלחה .
אני מתכנן לחודש הבא את הבחור הכי טוב בתחום הצבאי, אך אם זאת ,אזרח ישראלי למופת .

משרד החוץ . המשרד שישמור על יחסינו עם שאר העולם !



משרד החוץ הוא משרד חשוב . אך קיבל יותר מידי משמעות בחודשים האחרונים .
משרד החוץ הוא המשרד אשר כמו במציאות , אמור לשמש את הממשלה ולתחזק את קשרינו עם ארצות העולם , ועם הברית (עדן) .

כמו כן , זהו המשרד אשר אחראי על פעילות השגרירים .

בחודשים האחרונים היה קשה לנשיא למצוא אדם בעל כישורים מתאימים על מנת שיוכל לנהל את המשרד.
בחודש הבא, הציע את עצמו הנשיא היוצא, עומרי .
אני חושב שעומרי יוכל לתרום רבות למשרד, ויוכל לפתוח לנו קשרי ידידות רבים , בניהם עם הברית החדשה,טורקיה.

מכיוון שהוא הנשיא היוצא , לעומרי יש קשרים פותחים וחמים עם ראשי מדינות העולם , ראשי הברית , ושרי החוץ של מדינות אחרות .
אני חושב שעניין זה יהיה לטובתינו בחודש הקרוב.

עומרי יוכל להמשיך ולפתח את קשריו למען העם היושב בציון .

משרד האוצר .



אין הרבה מה לפרט בעניין המשרד הנ"ל. משרד האוצר אחראי על כספי המדינה , וחלוקתו לפי ראות עיניו ועיני .
כמו כן , המשרד אחראי על נושא האספקות/השקעות .

ואני מקווה שהמשרד יוכל להמשיך בפרוייקטים האחרונים שלו תחת הנהלתי .

Hello my fellow Israelis,
As you must have heard, im running for israel’s cp this upcoming month, but don’t worry
Im not running by myself. I have with me some of the finest of our guys forming an impressive cabinet.
I will briefly present my views and plans for the upcoming month, but prior to that, ill tell you a bit about myself.

My name is Eyal baruch. A veteran Erepublik player who kept Israel’s interests for his entire gaming career.
As you must have know, Israel is not in the best state, we are a small country with a low amount of citizens, and our bad state as for military organization in our units is influencing our general cause during war time.

I must say, that although our condition, its important that we will consider the future and together try to change for the best. My predecessor, lieber7, tried to lead an internal change which im all hope and desire to continue. If you are interested in holistic thinking, which will win that war together with you – choose me!
Today, when we are looking at the past, especially at the past prior to my successful predecessor lieber7, we see a dark past, filled with corruption and internal fights. Filled with controversial agreements, lusts, lies and interests.
I will continue what my predecessor at the part lead us for, the change comes from the bottom. When building a brick wall, the foundation is most important, and you are building it brick by brick.

That’s the way I want to change Israel. First of all preparing the ministry of interior affairs and the army, making them react quickly, and capable of handling the heavy bricks that will be put above them.

Today, there is an ongoing change. Turkey has joined Eden. By Doing that, whether we like it or not, We face a comfortable situation where we have no enemies in the region except Iran and Fyrom who belongs to opponent alliance. Like Omry, out last president, I think we should support Turkey and give them a chance to prove themselves, I think we can cooprate with the in battles and they can present us with great help.

These days, we are supposed to get our remaining territories as a state, and we were promised extra territories for us having higher bonuses, which gives us the opportunity to fight for our alliance and strengthen our ties with them.
Next month, I intend to build the country. Much more than a few pixels on the screen. The country is an energetic organization, which will contain in itself the different offices, all will act in German efficiency, Chinese obedience, American profitability, and Israeli wisdom.

In the next section I will bring forward the different offices, brief explanations of their part, and future plans for them.

Ministry of interior affairs:

the most important office of them all.
No need to elaborate on its part. This office takes care of all of Isreal’s interior problems, and for the fastest solution possible. Problems such as, fights, help for new citizens, guiding them and increasing the community, making it more consolidated.


As you can see, its an important office. Therefore, in an unprecedented move, I decided to try and divide this office into two offices.

Advertising office:



This office will be in charge of the babyboom.
As we all know, Israel is falling back as for the amount of active users. This office will have to act on the subject of babyboom and bringing new users. Likewise, this office will register all of Israel’s active users, no multies, and no dead citizens into a list.
These data will not be 100% accurate and we might miss a few citizens, but it will help us completely understand the situation we are in, and how we advance from here. Needless to say that without the cooperation of the community we wont be able to make that list, so we will need your involvement.

Next month, I plan to put a center mark on the babyboom subject. Therefore, we took our best guys for this project.

You must have all heard about mr elad which started the last babyboom with spamming talkbacks in the leading news sites. Elad is responsible for 300 new citizens which joined in the last two weeks, and numbers are increasing everyday. This dear man, is just the tip of the ice berg of the excellent crew that will server the country of Israel under my leadership, and I trust him that he can help us grow as a country.

Ministry of education:

well, if you are still in school you must know what im talking about. The education system is failing! (I mean the Erepublik system 😃)



I think that Israel should be concerned about sophisticated education system before we bring new citizens.
When the new players are joining, we often face a state of conusion, fraustration, and lack of desire to help. We are here to change all that.

Together, all of us will make this place a more convenient place for new players. The sad statistics of quitters ? no more!

Israel needs and can, take care of its elders and little one’s

In a cooperation with the government and the advertising office, the ministry of education will use the satistic data that has been collected, and build a system to make new players stay with us.

The most important issue for me is to involve new players in the political system. Together, with new and veteran players, we will lead the change!

The role of the ministry of education is:
· Helping the new players (game explanation, unit scheduling which will be built by the office and will get a budget from the country in order to help the new players)

* consolidate the community and making it a mature community (if we will be mature and show it to the world , they will treat us more seriously).

For this office to succeed we will put our best active and patient men in chrge of it. The best for our children!

Ministry of defence:



Ministry of defence – the office that makes sure we have a country to fight for!

As you must have know, the role of the ministry if defence has changed recently, and became static. I intend to consolt with military personnel all over the world and import new fighting methods.

if we want to create more damage, its not solely depends on babyboom’s, but also for our fighting method, and making it better.

Because of the multiplicity of the military units in the country and changes in their functioning, the army should base on the existing units and also act for reductioning them. It will give us military organization and maximal damage in the fights.
We need to maintain the organistion as it is, but put more center mark on maximizing our damage, and also teaching our youngsters.

The military unit is an excellent way of teaching youngsters and keep them playing.

I hope that the office will work much more efficiently next month, because that is the key for success.
I plan to put the best guy in the military realm, and a model citizen.
Defence secretary - Ross

Ministry of foreign affairs:

The office that will maintain our relations with the rest of the world.



the ministry of foreign affairs is an important office, but it had too much significance ni the last months. This office, like in reality, supposed to serve the government and maintain our relations with the world , and with the alliance (Eden).

Also, it’s the office in charge of our ambassadors activity.

In the last few months it was hard for the president to find an appropriate , skillful man which will run the office.
My predecessor omry, offered himself for the job for next month.
I think omry can contribute greatly for the office, and can open us a way for many new friendships worldwide, including the new ally Turkey.

Because he is the outgoing president, omry has open and warm relationships with presidents all around the world, alliance leaders and foreign ministers of other countries. I think this matter will be in our favour in the upcoming month.

Omry will be able to continue and expanding his relations for the people sitting in zion.

Treasury office:



There aint a lot to specify in the matter of this office. Its in charge of the state funds and dispersing it as it sees right, with my confirmation.
Also, this office is in charge if supplies and investments issues.
And I hope this office will be able to continue its recent projects under my management.

In summary, I think this office does a great job with neria running it, and I hope it will stay as it is.

In summary:

I will be brief and say, that under my leadership you will see this country blossom.
Flourishing in construction.
Flourishing in wealth
Flourishing in war !

Under my leadership the best of Israelis will serve in the cabinet, in order for you to sleep calmly at night, knowing that tomorrow you will have a great country to come back to.
