Dear Citizens,
My good friend Habraka Abrivianius has offered us a deal on a Q1 hospital. We must only pay for the export lic. in which he has already procured just tonight. This is a similar deal that I offered when originally coming to Denmark.
To congress:
This is a buy now and pay later deal. After the sale is completed, we will have the country donate the proper DKK to someone (myself, grev per, ect) who will then convert this DKK to gold and give our friend Habraka 20 gold.
This is a tremendous deal and I hope everybody will go for this. A hospital is better then none, hence my picture. 🙂

The option is still open to buy a higher quality hospital for the other region in the future. Next month or so I might have a higher quality one available, Q3 or Q4, again for a very cheap price, for Denmark.

I would vote no to any hospitaldeal concerning a q1 hospital, we are making that ourselves. I say at least a q4.

I think this is more a mental buy then a physical one. eDenmark needs to begin moving towards upgrading it's current infrastructure. This is a step in the right direction.
BTW You all impeached A. Holst for denying the same deal (less 10 gold) which I will put in myself to make this a similar deal if passed.
To be perfectly honest, Q1 Hospital companies are hardly profitable. I bought three (yes, 3), Q1 Hospital companies yesterday, all had 2.000-3.000 wood and one finished hospital inside, and I paid an average of 21 Gold for each company, meaning I got all about 7-8.000 wood for free and three Q1 hospitals, as people couldn't keep them profitable.
In my opinion, Denmark would be much better of shutting down the Q1 Hospital company, and gradually upgrade it to a Q4, which will be far more beneficial in the long run. Sure, you can build your own Q1 Hospital, perhaps even two, but after that, you will have a very hard time selling Q1's with a profit.
With this deal, you get a Q1 hospital cheaper than if you would build it yourself, and the possibility to start saving up to get a heavily discounted Q4 or Q5 Hospital next month.
Habraka, The Q1 hospital company is to supply lvl 0 jobs to newcomers into Denmark. This is it's primary goal. Also why there will never be Q1 hospital's rolling out of it for quite some time. I will pay for this myself if needed, and also pay a good portion if not all of the Q5 when you are completed with it. Let's all sit around and NOT make Denmark worth coming to. I say we build infrastructure and people such as myself MAY or MAY NOT move here in 1-2's and bolster our economy with tax revenue which in turn would pay for the infrastructure.
Habraka - That company is not primarily to get Denmark a hospital, it is to get new players job opportunity, so there will always be skill o level jobs available. If we make it a q4, they will lose wellness way too quick.
Ah ok, didn't knew that. Still, aren't you better of having a Q1 Food company then to provide low level jobs? Manufacturing pays much better than construction too, so you would be giving new citizens an extra boost by giving them a head start in manufacturing instead of construction. Alternatively, set up an low-yield raw material company, as land jobs pay very well in a lot of countries as well, and you would gain a raw material you might not have adequate supply of at the moment.
Dale do you consider it plausible that "people like you" (sounds kinda racist when expressed towards someone else?) would move here because we had a hospital? I'd say if it's a condition that we buy the Q1 to get a discounted Q5 then it's worth it. If we can get the discounted Q5 anyway then there's no need. Either way I would say that we would be better off putting the Q1 in Sjaelland so it's not wasted money when we get the Q4-5 in a month or two.

I think that its a Q1 hospital. Its a start. If we can build a Q1 hospital and its going to take a couple of months then lets just buy this Q1 hospital from Habraka Abrivianius, and upgrade ours to a Q2 or Q3 hospital. Nobody is going to be like "OMG DENMARKS GOT A Q1 HOSPITAL LETS MOVE THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!" Now a Q5 is a different answer. I honestly don't even care if the guy makes a profit, I believe our president isn't trying to screw us and he is right about our infrastructure.
I'm not making a profit on this, only thing I asked for is 20 gold for the licence, which has been paid. The hospital itself is donated to Denmark completely free.
