Gold spent by Indonesia in California

After California, I decided to find out how much Indonesia spent to secure California from invasion. So I took the liberty to add up all the donations from only one of its orgs, the National Bank of Indonesia. From just this one org, I counted up only the gold that was donated to people in only the last 24 hours. (started adding up at the end of the california battle). After double checking to make sure I didn't make any mistakes, I came up with this number.
Indonesia spent 5,998 gold on tanks to secure California.
Another thing to remember though, is that this was only ONE organization that donated gold for Indonesians to tank. What is also not included is other PEACE nations, such as Hungary. Indonesia was helped A LOT from Hungary near the end of the battle, and I'm sure they spent a good amount of gold in tanking also.
Also, keep in mind I only counted back 24 hours at the very end of the battle. I did not count the gold donated to people in preparation for the assault on California, only the donations made during it.
Currently Indonesia is now on the offensive and attacking Arizona. if the eUS gains the initiative later on, can Indonesia afford to spend 6000 more gold to defend California from attack? Post your thoughts in the comments.

I doubt it. And since the Admins are changing the war module, PEACE won't be able to hold initiative for long. Lets see how much they are willing to spend for round 2.
Also DDOS attacks. A fine read, gent. You should note that we spent about 100g besides the opening cost, which was 700g
how about eUSA? Can eUSA spend another 5000 to attack? How about the rest of eUSA allies? How much it costs them to defend eUSA? Or someone here wants to say that in this war only eIndonesia has expenses and the rest fight for free?
So to counter authors question: How much can eUSA hold on and how much more can it spend?

Take look at older articles and such from 2hours to the end of the battle and notice how many of the few comments that were made in anything, commented on how slow eRep was and how many people got the "Oops" Chicken.
Is anyone making accusations? No.
Will the admins get tickets as to why their servers were crapping out at the closing moments of a huge battle? I hope so from BOTH sides.
Or are the PEACElings only responding because they have a guilty conscience? I find that hard to believe since most PEACElings have proved they dont have a conscience.
Regardless of what happened to the servers, the US failed for numerous reasons well before the final countdown.

if eIndo spent that much gold and eUS did indeed spend only around 800 gold (I am inclined to believe that but if you don't eh), then this may be a win the battle lose the war situation for eIndo. The way the system works right now it seems to be be like 17th century European warfare, ie the guy with the most money has a huge advantage. But if eUS forced eIndo to spend that much for so little, eUS has significantly hurt eIndo enven though they/we failed to liberate California.

At least it helps to know that we weren't the only one "wasting gold". It took eIndonesia that much gold to do a little more damage than the entire F/E did.
Indonesia can rest some weeks and accumulate gold much faster than the US, so don't worry there are epic battles still to come.

Anyway, it is not nice to boast how little have you spent, your allies might not find it entertaining since they spend their gold for your war.
If I were to boast that I didn't spent a dine on my car because my father payed for it, I don't think my father would be happy about it, especially if I needed the car baddly and begged for it...

@Ludak, there was not that much tanking on our side, especially when compared to the almost constant tanking on Indo/PEACE's side. Also, most Americans fought with weapons that they bought themselves.

Pulikutya, considering 90% of PEACE tanks moved to Indonesia to help out, it doesn't surprise me that much. At the moment, I'm just waiting for us to attack California again later this week. 🙂

PS. This is a generally good article, I voted. I just mind that it shows one side of spending but ok. It would be better if we could calculate total spending of all sides but that is impossible I guess.
USA totally won the battle in California. Anytime we can get an advantage of 5K-10K gold is a win. Another battle like that and it will be like the Spanish gold heist never happened.
Indo may have been declared victor in the battle, but the real winner was the US.

if you check that bank there were plenty of 80g donations going out to all the guys that ironically tanked. Add it all up and 6000 is a conservative number. That is only the gold spent on wellness packs. What about the thousands of IDR spent to buy weapons? Technically that would count as well.
Ludak doesn't know what he's talking about. It cost 700g to attack CA not 5000 - that's ridiculous. Plus we arent talking about the whole war we are talking about one battle.
You're right john, all the Q5 weapons isn't included, and not to mention the 84,000 IDR donations that went out during the 24 hours also.
@Boomer_Boris - Expecting the PEACElings to admit they have made an error is like expecting the IRL Fort Knox to just give you their gold if you just say please.
Anyhow, I'm glad to see that the US was able to hurt PEACE in some way...even if it was just economic.

Those who believe USA spent only some hundred golds - delude yourselves as much as you wish. If it were true, the wall would have ended in about 2 million plus.

@Ludak money spent by citizens is a wash since it is spent on both sides. If you want to argue that our citizens contributed way more than yours did that's fine...still seems like a victory to us. PEACE is the one with all the advantages in the game right now and for an underdog to force Indo's hand that much with what little we have. That is a victory by any measure you want to try.

Do we have something like foreign statistic division in government which purpose is to count treasury and to trace donations?
