The New Player Program 23rd November Proposal

The program is designed to aid new players transit economically and socially into eSouth Africa society. To begin, players will be greeted in the usual manner from the Ministry of Domestic Affairs. The role of offering and advertising the program will cross into their jurisdiction. Currently this is controlled and run by Enriche2Ribeiro.

Until level 22, new players will be able to receive either the value of 50 ZAR’s worth of food or weapons each day once the program is fully up and running. It should take less that 25 days of supplies for a player to reach that level. (Total value per player: 1250 ZAR). The criteria the players must meet to receive the benefits are for them to take a screen shot of their daily bonus proving they have worked and trained with their profile link on the eSouth Africa forums whilst showing a positive progress in gain of rank which must also be submitted on the forum thread. Goods will be deposited within 24 hours.

The program will initially only be able offer food due to the financing of the program. 1 cattle farm food raw material company will be purchased at a cost of 7500 ZAR and a Q1 food company at the cost of 10 gold via SamGibz who will head the program. Over an agreed length of time with the Ministry of Finance, SamGibz will pay back half of the cost so the government own 50% of the company. Should the companies need to change player for any reason, for example SamGibz can no longer run the scheme, the government will buy back the companies from SamGibz and open a new contract with the new caretaker.

Once the program is successfully running, another player, possibly Crumoet, will be found to be caretaker over a saltpeter mine, cost of 7500 ZAR and a Q1 Weapons factory, cost of 10 gold. The players will then be given an option to what they receive. All food, all weapons or a 50/50 split as research shows different players prefer different options.

It is hoped that the program can be expanded such that players that complete the program with more than 75% attendance will receive a bonus package of 1000 ZAR raised from the sales of excess food, weapons and raw materials produced and the Ministry of Domestic Affairs budget. The reason for this is that research shows that players approaching this level are looking to open up a company and this financial support will help them complete there goal and see them becoming economically stable, thus buying goods from the eSouth Africa market and fighting strongly for eSouth Africa.
