History does little to validate the heroic contributions of soldiers in the development of the game. In fact, even if the army is the most attractive part of this game, the politico component gain more attention and more glory for simple word rather that the hero's who fight for there goals and country.
This is first part of the citizen we need to salute and respect for there contribution, for there activity and expectantly because the game was very boring without them.
This is only a small part of them because is hard and require a large amount of time to verify and add 500 citizen. The document already have almost 1000 response and are a lot of them that won`t enter in the actual study [ maybe in future study ] and because are just words there I need to take name by name each one and search him on eRepublik to verify and add him to a new document if he is worthy.

On this first part of the study I present you almost 100 citizen from the 500 I search, they are arrange after the rank and in the final study will be arrange after a sum of power and rank, some of them might not appear there if we find better one but basically most of them are already in.

Now I have something to point out, even though RaFee is a FM, as a Colonel with over 13 str I still do almost 20 more damage than he does at full wellness and with a Q5.
For your final proposal you should try (if possible) to allign the soldiers by how much damage they do

@ Matthieu Bonne is only a preliminary result, are a lot more name that need to be add.
@ Modu Shanyu they can submit there self or they can be put by others, because in the end all of them will be in this study from all country.
@ marquis.esoteric yes I know in final document will be a board that will take count of that but is still a lot of work to reach at there point first.
