Ok.

We all know how to work in this game, right? Its one of the first things you learn from Plato. Its a simple click of the mouse, and you've used up your wellness, and instantly gained money.
However, real life doesn't work like this. I have some simple things we can do to our economy that will create more jobs, increase retention.

Here's an idea:

Don't be afraid to give your workers real work

If you can task your employees with the right things, like taking surveys, initiating contracts with raw materials companies, and recruiting investors, you can make your company more like a real life company. Plus you can pay your workers for those things, increasing the flow of cash in our economy, helping make America richer.

Here are some sample tasks that can be done in a typical production company.

Reception Handles incoming PMs.

Accountants Handles paychecks of employees that are not covered by the eRepublik system

Salesmen Find out who is interested in your product, and convince people how your product is better (this will work a lot better in v2)

Human Resources Handles incoming and outgoing staff, handles job applications as well


The great thing about this is that it can be integrated into creating corporations, with branches in different places.

Imagine this kind of thing without the menstrual information!

This opens up a whole new dimension to capitalism, full of advertising, materialism, corporate fraud, stock exchanges, corporate image.

This in turn will open up the media industry, creating money for those who have lots of subscribers, as they will be paid LOTS of money to mention a specific brand.

Imagine this:
