As we the current congressman and cabinet of eMy government we have decided to follow these terms and conditions to accept new CS. Please obey our decision
the terms n conditions are :
1) player need to be in eMy at least 1month before we consider in giving cs to them
2) player must have an acc in forum and active inside there
3) player must agreed on they must wait for about 3 month before running for congressman or any election
4) player much learn about eMy history so that they wont make same mistake in future

let give them 3 month to wait to get CS. after they get CS they can join congress.
hard to buy their promised. they are cleaver in talking. just a suggestion 🙂
possible they want quick CS to buy cheap licenses here only then go away (if the old rules still apply)
