AAP Pledge for Congress Elections

Day 605, 21:07 Published in USA USA by America's Advancement Party

Ladies and Gentlemen, I am tired.

I am tired of politicians saying one thing while doing another.

I am tired of political leaders fighting "to preserve democracy" while at the same time preventing us from having a national primary system. We wanted primaries, they would have been perfect for combating PEACE while making our national elections even better. But that required the agreement of all parties, and not all parties were willing to do that for our country.

I am tired of party leaders only interested in keeping themselves and their high-level friends in political power rather than working to defend our country and our allies.

I am tired of politicians who put their own political careers ahead of strengthening our military, safeguarding our country, and working to try and win this game.

And most of all, I am tired of people who refuse to work together to help our country because they don't want to work with people from "rival" parties. I am tired of people who refuse to even consider an idea because it comes from outside their own party. And I am tired of people who reject the ideas of others from outside their own party while not contributing any ideas of their own about how to make our country stronger, safer, and better for all eAmericans.

In advance of this war we currently fight, the eUS Military put out a call to the leaders of every political party. The Military asked us all to decide what is more important, our political squabbles or our country's well-being. We were all asked to help make our Military the strongest it can possibly be during this time of war.

As President of America's Advancement Party, here is my official answer to the Military's call:

The AAP will unilaterally freeze its seats in Congress this month. Our party will not contest any elections outside of maintaining our sitting Senators.

The AAP will provide blocking candidates to each other political party for each of the states we currently hold in Congress. It is our hope that other political parties will use them, and we encourage other political parties to do the same for the seats they control.

All remaining active AAP members will be recruited to help the eUS Air Force fight PTOs against our allies with their votes on the 25th. With your help, we can strengthen the ranks of the USAF with several hundred more voters. Your country needs you much more than any eUS politician does. Full information and registration is here: http://eusforum.com/index.php/topic,5326.0.html

This pledge is not part of any other agreement with other political parties. This pledge is in no way binding for any other parties. This is just us, the AAP, reiterating one of the founding principles of our party.

America's Advancement Party is for the eUS above politics. Nothing will ever be more important than working to make our country the safest and most secure it can be.

It is my hope that the other eUS political parties will join us in making their own pledges to provide maximum support to our Military during this time of war.

Finally, my message to those members of other political parties as well as those not currently in a party. Do you want to be a member of a party that puts politics and the careers of its leaders above the well-being of our country? Or should the safety and prosperity eUS come first? If you believe that our country should come before politics, and your current party's leaders do not, your beliefs are shared by the AAP. We welcome with open arms all eUS citizens who believe that our country is more important than political squabbling.
