Statement of facts
1. Almost every heavy battle in eRepublik history ends well after 24.00 hours, the servers/code can't handle it.
2. Six months ago the admins made this rule: all battles end within 120 seconds after 24 hours have passe

Indeed, about 3 hours after the 24:02:00 mark. And that's just to show examples, as every players knows that battles have been won or lost after the valid 24 hours and 2 minutes of battle time.
4. Never the end of the battle has been reversed, the standard answer is that you fight until the battle ends.
5. Within 24:02:00 of valid battle time the region was in secure and remained in secure.
6. Laggy servers that can't handle the amount of requests, the API is unable to show the last 5 minutes of the battle let alone overtime. But logs are enough to make a decision.
7. A wall can jump up and down with x0.000 damage within a second, like in the battle yesterday when the wall went from underground to secure (atleast 20k difference) in a flash.
8. When you wrote an article about complaining this decision it got deleted, if you're unlucky you got a ban (personally being the living example).

interesting FACTS, i suggested admins try to fix the bug with battles ending to late, i could understand the annoiance of that.

I don't dispute admin's authority at all, nor their decisions. I simply see the facts.

Let's claim that
- accurate 24.00 hour period
- accurate (realtime) display of time AND wall height
- what can be delayed (lagged) is only the listing (scroll) of fighting users
- the wall should have some INERTNESS: there should be an upper speed limit, for height change per seconds. (or at least an acceleration limit: for speed change per seconds). (otherwise one opponent could focuse all its beats at the very last seconds, causing a sudden huge height drop / rising)
