Today I give you...Ralph Kline

1) How did you get sucked into this game

I found it on a random search for strategy games ( I'm a big civ4 fan ). I was hooked right away and have only missed 2 days in 3 years.

2) Max Headroom...what made you choose him as an Avatar?

I wanted an original image that had some personal significance to me. Max is a living person that got sucked into a computer world, it seemed to fit. I am constantly asked about it though because most playing the game nowadays are too young to remember him.

3) How do you like your steak?

I like a good sirloin tip or t-bone, cooked on my bbq with Montreal steak spice, medium, no bbq sauce and served up with a really cold beer.

4) Its no secret that you're one of a handful of players who invest in the game...what keeps a player like yourself playing?

I do still believe this game will evolve into something more that it is now.I want to be part of that, and help get it there. At it's core, erepublik is a great idea, but it is terribly managed.

5) You and Fritzhill seem to be rather close in game. What is it about Fritzhill that you admire most?

I know Fritzhill in real life, we used to work together and that answer is easy. His genuine concern for others in his world, he always makes time for his friends.

6) Looking back on all the changes in game, the change you found least useful has been?

Least useful is what has happened to the media module, that just baffles me.

7) If its not to personal, outside the game, what line of work are you in...if thats too personal, what industry are you in?

I'm a Millwright by trade and presently working in the agricultural industry.

😎 You obviously pay attention to the media...which 3 writers capture your interest the most?

Plugson, Alias Vision, and Civil Anarchy.

9) With all your experience, what has stopped you from running for CP?

I have thought about it, but I always know I won't have enough time.

10) In your opinion, what does Jacobi need to do with his remaining time in office?

Jacobi just needs to ride out Poland storm, he can't fix what's wrong with eCanada. He can't fix it because there is nothing wrong with it, it's just different than it used to be and it can't go back. Time will make the difference, new people and ideas.
