Phoenix is a military alliance created on the 4th of December 2009.
I was co-author of the Phoenix Alliance Charter.
It was originally founded by fifteen countries, all of which were former PEACE GC members.
Its seems unreal but only two countries hasn't officially announced their retirement from Phoenix (Russia and Germany).
Now, many players dont know about Phoenix, but…

Phoenix still alive! We are Phoenix!
Today, all supporters of Phoenix may again put on their Alliance's avatars!!
Today, all supporters of Phoenix may again fight for the Alliance!
Today, many countries may again join Phoenix!
Today, 4th Phoenix Anniversary!

Tomorrow, the world will become another!
