BG presents you the actual:
"PTO-O-METER".
Our statisticians calculated that the current climate for PTO in eNL is rather Poor. Facts indicate that this is due to the relative calm around the presidential elections, where trusted candidates cross verbal swords and the effectively functioning DIAS team, as well as the solid Congress in place.
Since the last report, the facts indicate that the climate has decreased by one click to 'very poor'.

How do you calculate this?
I'd say poor.
I guess I don't really get the humor.
thats classified algorithmics. I could tell you, but then you would have to be terminated. All I can release is that until this morning it was 'poor' and now its 'very poor'.
you add the number of parties PTOed the last 24 hours, multiply that by the number of red-white blocks in eNL avatars minus the number of yellow-blue avatars. Split between number of eNL citizens and multply by number of eNL parties / number of avg member count... something like that I guess

Well I can understand if the algoritm predicts there will be no PTO in the coming days. But its only statistics, theres always a chance, however small.

well its like weather forecast, who can see beyond 2 weeks in the future...Im not predicting the entire summer here 🙂

Well if you have specific wishes, such as no PTO in the coming year (or a different period) Ill have to adjust the parameters. So dont hesitate to clarify your expectations 🙂
