Witajcie,

Kilkadziesiąt minut temu został ogłoszony nowy sojusz - CTRL, którego współzałożycielem jest Polska. Niniejszym prezentujemy treść statutu założycielskiego naszego nowego sojuszu.



1. Misja

Sojusz pod kryptonimem CTRL łączy narody z kilku części świata pod jednym sztandarem dla zapewnienia dobrobytu gospodarczego i bezpieczeństwa narodowego państw członkowskich.

Jako że celem jest zapewnienie dobrobytu wszystkich członków, Sojusz CTRL dąży także do zmniejszenia w grze obecnego koncentrowania się na konfliktach bałkańskich. CTRL zamierza to osiągnąć poprzez unikanie udziału w wiecznych wojnach pomiędzy nieustępliwymi rywalami, a zamiast tego koncentruje się na długoterminowych i strategicznych kampaniach.

3. Struktura Zarządzania

Władzę w CTRL sprawują Rada Sojuszu i Rada Wykonawcza.

Na Radę Sojuszu składać się będzie po 1 przedstawicielu z każdego z państw członkowskich, a jej zadaniem będzie głosowanie nad przedłożonymi w debacie codziennymi sprawami sojuszu.

Rada Wykonawcza składać się będzie:

Supreme General - Stoi na czele sojuszu, koordynuje jego prace.

Supreme General Deputy- Pełni te same zadania co Supreme General, stanowisko to jest, by wspomóc SG.

Military Organizer - Organizuje wojskowe centrum dowodzenia i koordynuje przepływ informacji między armiami.

Public Relations Director - Zajmuje się public relations sojuszu oraz współpracuje z Media Director.

Media Director - Zajmuje się przekazywaniem informacji opinii publicznej, z upoważnienia członków Rady Wykonawczej.

Foreign Affairs Director - Będzie przedstawicielem sojuszu do spraw zagranicznych.

4. Proces przeprowadzania wyborów

Decyzje sojusz, takie jak powoływanie i odwoływanie SG, przyjmowanie i usuwanie członków, nakładanie kar oraz wszelkie inne uznane za konieczne w przyszłości, wymagają głosów prezydentów państw członkowskich sojuszu (bądź też jego przedstawiciela, jeśli prezydent nie będzie mógł).

- Kandydat na SG przedstawia członków CTRL HQ, a Rada Sojuszu głosuje w sprawie każdego z nich, mając na uwadze, iż jedynie zaufani obywatele państw członkowskich mają prawo uczestnictwa w HQ.

- Przyjęcie państwa członkowskiego (ALT) wymaga 66.6% głosów.

- Przyjęcie państwa członkowskiego z prawami państwa założycielskiego wymaga 100% głosów.

- Usunięcie państwa członkowskiego z sojuszu wymaga 66.6% głosów.

- Ukaranie państwa członkowskiego jest ustalane przez Radę Sojuszu i wymaga 66.6% głosów.

- Wybory SG wygrywa kandydat z największą liczbą głosów, podobnie jak w wyborach prezydentów państw.

- Usunięcie SG wymaga większości 66.6% głosów.

- Przełamanie weta Rady Sojuszu wymaga większości 66.6% głosów.

- Państwo innego sojuszu lub państwo niezależne może być uważane za neutralne tak długo, jak będzie to w interesie sojuszu.

- Państwa członkowskie nie może być częścią innego sojuszu.

5. Wnioski o członkowstwo

Każde państwo może ubiegać się o członkowstwo w CTRL, jeśli posiada wsparcie państw założycieli i nie jest wrogiem żadnego z nich.

Nie wymaga się od państw członkowskich posiadania MPP z państwami założycielskimi, aczkolwiek są one mile widziane.

Wojny wewnętrzne w sojuszu są niedopuszczalne. W przypadku ich wystąpienia, będą karane przez HQ.

Ze wsparciem przynajmniej jednego państwa założyciela, kandydatura nowego państwa na członka CTRL będzie poddana procedurze wyborczej omówionej w punkcie 4.

1. Mission Statement

The codename CTRL brings together nations from several parts of the world under one banner to ensure the economic prosperity and national security of its member nations.

As a side benefit of ensuring the prosperity of all CTRL members, the alliance also seeks to reduce the game’s current focus on Balkan-centric conflicts. CTRL plans to accomplish this by avoiding the distraction of perpetual wars between intractable rivals, and instead focusing on long-term, highly-strategic campaigns.

2. Member Nation Roster (core)

- Spain
- United States of America

3. Leadership Structure

CTRL shall employ both an Alliance Council and an Executive Council.

The Alliance council will be composed by 1 representative of each member country, the Alliance council function is to vote on the day-to-day alliance decisions under debate.

The Executive council will be composed by:

Supreme General - Is the head of the alliance, coordinates all alliance Departments and executive.

Supreme General Deputy- Same functions as Supreme General, this position is only to help the SG.

Military Organizer - Will organize Military command center and coordinate information stream between armies.

Public Relations Director - Will handle the public relations of the alliance and will cooperate with the Media director.

Media Director - Will handle the information the alliance wants to turn public under authorization of the rest of the Executive.

Foreign Affairs Director - Will be the MoFA of the Alliance, will deal with the internal and external relations.

4. General Election Process

Alliance decisions such as SG voting and removal, member additions and subtractions, membership punishments, and any thing else deemed necessary at a future date, shall be determined by a vote by the official alliance member Presidents (or a representative should the CP be unable to make it.)

- The SG candidate will choose his cabinet for CTRL HQ and the Alliance Council will vote on each cabinet is preferred, to note that only reliable citizens of the member countries are allowed to participate on the HQ.

- Alliance ALT member additions shall pass only with a 66,6% majority.

- Alliance full member additions (core member) shall pass only with 100% of majority.

- Alliance member removals shall pass only with a 66,6% majority.

- Alliance member punishment shall be determined by the Alliance Council, and will pass by a 66,6% vote in the general elections.

- SG voting shall pass based on who has the most votes, just like in a CP election.

- SG removal shall pass only with a 66,6% majority.

- Overturning an Alliance Council veto shall pass only with a 66,6% majority.

- A nation of any other alliance or independent can be considered neutral as long as it is in the interest of the alliance to do so.

- This alliance is exclusive, therefore the members of it cannot be part of any other alliance.

5. New Member applications

Any country can apply to be a CTRL ALT member as long as it has the support of a core member and is not an enemy of any of the core members.

All CTRL members must have MPPs with each other.

Internal war in the alliance is not allowed and in case of occurrence, will be sanctioned by the HQ.

With the support of at least one core country, the new country applicant will only be accepted according to the electoral procedures detailed in 4.
