It`s for those who really think I am against using the english language…
Oooh, I am not against this language but against those who really think I am against it..
Ladies and Gentlemen, Switzerland`s one of the four official languages is german! Ca. 70% of swiss population speak german and I belong to this group of people like clifford burns etc…
Nowadays we have the technology......technology that enables us to communicate in every language.
In fact, it`s not important in what language we express ourselves.. Only thing that matters is that we understand each other!
I am well informed about the truth that the swiss population get on better with english than any other language…
But it`s not my point here.. I mean here the persons who behave like children and trying to blame our language in every article written in german…
I myself have Turkish as mother tongue and it`s weird to think that I could be against any foreign language…
It has to be clear to you, it`s not about English but about some people`s inaccurate reactions…
No matter if the person is a migrant or OPSpalmer or kmyzy, it makes absolutely no difference…
We respect you and the English language as every language that exist all over the world…
.. we just kindly ask you to show the same respect to our official language…
No idea, if you were baked or similar while you were insulting our language…
No human who has the ability to think clearly would act like that… If I or you want to reach many other people then let`s write it in english and give the link for this…
It can`t go like that because I am currently playing for Swiss in this game because I am swiss… if you continue this behavior no RL-Swiss will ever come here…
Now I am considering to leave the country not because of my “language-racism”, on the contrary because of yours…
You have the right to speak and write in german in a german speaking country, right?
I hope now you will get me better… It`s not about a fight between languages but a fight for respect and tolerancy…
And the those who do not show any respect please don`t write write here because this article is created for player who misunderstood me…
I repeat: It`s not about English but about the domestic languages which are insulted by certain personalities in every instance…
It`s true that this game is not RL, but we are REAL and demand respect…

ya know... i'm really curious to know the actual demographics of eSwiss citizens. For instance, for what percentage is german their first language?
I propose we abandon all RL language associations for eSwitzerland, and adopt Simplified Chinese as the national language of eSwitzerland. this way nobody is at an advantage and we are all equally disadvantaged.

Okan you write like you want and what is easier for you, english is ok for as other , butt we have translators and will translate and from german,italian,french
we need make that eSwiss is stronger - on which language will represent that - is not mater : )

It was a little bit childish. It's like one came to a sandbox and found out not all the children speak his language. He tried to point them their place through RL issues, in-game constitution, closed German community, but failed and threatened to go away.
Come on, grab a bucket and shovel and join in. There is enough room in this sandbox of eSwitzerland for all of us.

I like Migrant point of view.
We don't care about what language do we speak in Switzerland because in eSwitzerland, most of the people can understand and speak English.
If you want to be understood by a majority of player, write in English but if you don't, it's up to you but don't be surprised to see people asking you to translate what you wrote if they can't understand German.
I prefer to keep tens of players from all over the world than keep one or two swiss players which may otherwise leave because they can't understand English at all (and in fact, they only have to use Google Translate like the English speaking people do for German...)

“we just kindly ask you to show the same respect to our official language” It goes without saying…but to make themselves understood by a nationwide audience, eSwiss politicians would be well-advised to express themselves in English if possible. National cohesion would be threatened if we all began to speak in our respective mother tongue and didn’t have a common communication vector…and this is a RL-Swiss’ demand.

I think it's funny because the German folks are guilty of the language superiority idea too.
Gotta agree with Kishvier here. I'm fine with translating everything I say into eGerman, but as English is the most common tongue for all of us, we should speak it too. I's a matter of practicality.
