[MoI) Zmena pronajmu regionu / Change in region lease

Federální vláda byla oslovena polskou vládou ve věci změny pronájmu regionu.
Návrh zní takto: Skončí pronájem regionu Střední Slovensko a s ním i veškeré dohody na tento nájem navázané, tzn. i konec dalších úhrad na společné MPP (mimo té, která se právě nyní odhlasovává) a placení nájemného. Začne pronájem regionu Jižní Čechy, za který bude Polsko hradit 50g týdně. Pronájem je dohodnut na dobu neurčitou s výpovědní dobou 3 týdny. Současně Polsko obsadí Severní Čechy a následně nám je přenechá.
Na první pohled se zdá, že touto změnou jenom ztratíme. Je však třeba vnímat dohodu v širších souvislostech. V RW proti Rumunským hordám jsme nyní přišli o region Severní Čechy a reálně nám hrozí, že Rumuské hordy zafinancují a provedou další RW v Jižních Čechách a na Moravě. Federace však není dostatečně silná na to, aby se neustále bránila těmto RW, které jsou primárně její interní záležitostí. Tím, že jeden z ohrožených regionů pronajmeme Polsku, převedeme hlavní starost o tento region na Polsko a budeme se moci soustředit na ochranu ostatních.
Z ekonomických důvodů je federaci lhostejné, zda je high iron v tom či onom regionu. Ekonomika federace také příliš nenahrává tvorbě zisků ze železa.
Tento návrh však má výrazný politický rozměr, který je problematický. Jižní Čechy jsou primárně českým regionem a tudíž jeho pronájem by měl být primárně na rozhodnutí českých zástupců. Proto uvítám zejména komentáře RL Čechů. Prosím však o vnímání celé záležitosti v širších souvislostech a ne z nacionálního hlediska.

V okamžiku publikace tohoto článku nebyl polský návrh přijat a vláda očekává, co největší veřejnou diskuzi.

Polish government addressed to federal government change in region lease.
The proposal is: The termination of the lease of Central Slovakia, together with the termination of other deals linked to that (refunding of MPP - expect the one which is being voting right now, and end of paying the rent). Begining of the lease of region Southern Bohemia for which Poland will pay rent 50g a week. The lease will be for indefinite period with the notice period 3 weeks. Poland will first occupy Northern Bohemia and than will let it to us.
At the first sight it looks like big loose for us. But we have to look at this in the wider context. Romanians hordes were successful with their RW in the Northern Bohemia and it is very possible that we can loose also other regions through RWs. Federation is not enough strong to defend against all possible RWs, and we must understand that RWs are primarly our internal problems. By leasing Southern Bohemia we will move this responsibility to Poland and we can focus on other regions.
From economic point of view there is no difference if the federation has high iron region Southern Bohemia or Central Slovakia.
This proposal is mostly politically problematic because Southern Bohemia is RL Czech region and primarly RL Czechs have to decide about the proposal. I welcome and look forward to all comments made by RL Czechs. I ask you RL Czechs for the eider view on the proposal and leave the nationalism away.

In time of publishing this article the proposal was not accepted by the federal government and the government expects wide public discussion.
