1. Quality of military is increased
day 1098 -> day 1106
XP : 2371 -> 2512 ( 141 increased )
STR : 449 -> 556 ( 107 increased )
RANK : 79789 -> 81365 ( 1576 increased )
For last week, average XP,STR,RANK of soldier is increased by 141,107,1576 points each.

2. Discharge
kalreid seems to quit eRep, and removed from army list.

3. Result of recruitment.
9 soldiers are added to the army.

4. Further plan
Last 2 weeks of monitoring, soldiers who dedicates to country will get a extra rewards, we will inform the detail later.

5. Use IRC!!!!
National Army is not a just food bank who give you a free bread.
In order to give you an quick order in the war, every soldier has to use IRC.
All supplies are given to the people who are in IRC. No supplies for whom not using IRC.

경험치 : 2371 -> 2512 ( 141 상승 )
힘 : 449 -> 556 ( 107 상승 )
랭크 : 79789 -> 81365 ( 1576 상승 )
일주일간 군인들의 평균 경험치,힘,랭크가 각각 141점,107점,1576 상승했습니다.

2. 제대
kalreid 님이 게임을 접으신걸로 판단되서 군인 명단에서 제거 되셨습니다.

3. 징병결과
새롭게 9명이 군인에 추가 됐습니다.
