[MoD] New priority scale + Order Script

Citizen of eAustria, Soldiers of eAustria,

as I happened to be bored today I decided to create a priority scale for 'Der Soldat'.
It will be placed in each order and will indicate how hard you're supposed to fight.
I'm going to improve the scale in the future, making it look better, but it should work for now.
I was inspirated by the eGerman priority scale, but I created everything myself (proof)

This is what the priority level 5, thus the full scale looks like:

Explanation of the priority levels:

Priority 1: If you have food in your inventory, you can fight. Absolutely no need to spend money on this.
Priority 2: If you have enough money, you could spend a bit on some food and fight.
Priority 3: Try to use your foodwellness (300 wellness is what you can recover from food per day) in this battle.
Priority 4: Use your foodwellness. If you have enough money, fight with weapons.
Priority 5: This battle needs to be won. Spend as much gold as you can. Use your foodwellness and buy weapons.



Recently, there has been a second innovation in the army. Thanks to Mettalon, we now have a great order script for our soldiers, so they know right after logging in what's happening.

It's not 100% finished yet, there will be a small version of the above presented priority scale.
In order to be granted access, PM Osterreichs Bundesheer. Only long trusted citizen of eAustria will get access, as it contains secret orders.
