1) מי אני?

שמי מיכאל, אני בן 25 ואני גר בוורשה, זה בקשר לחיים האמיתיים. באירפאבליק שיחקתי מאז העשירי בדצמבר 2009. נולדתי [באירפ] באי-פולין, שם התחלתי את הקריירה הפוליטית שלי, באוגוסט 2010 הייתי שר החוץ של פולין, אחרי שזה הסתיים עברתי לאי-ישראל בהזמנתו של פרפקט.נייט ודין מיכאלי. מאז הייתי באי-ישראל [עם הפסקה אחת קצרה, לפני כמה חודשים הייתי שר ההגירה בפולין]. עד כה הייתי בישראל 5 פעמים בכנסת, שלוש פעמים שר חוץ (רהין, פרפקט, אוקטביוס) וגם סגן רב אלוף של אי-צה"ל, כשזה היה הצבא היחידי באי-ישראל, יחד עם רהין אירגנו אותו מחדש וגרמנו לצבא לתפקד כמו שצריך.

אחרי יותר משנה באי-ישראל [ליתר דיוק שנה ושלושה חודשים] אני ניגש לעמדת הנשיא.1

2) תוכניותיי לתקופת כהונתי



משרד החוץ

משרד הפנים



המשרד הזה הוא הכי לא מוכר לי והכי משונה בגלל שאני לא ישראלי בחיים האמיתיים. בגלל זה שר הפנים העתידי חייב לתאם את כל הפעולות שלו באופן עצמאי. אני חושב שהדבר הכי חשוב במשרד הזה, הוא תוכניות חונכות, ללמד שחקנים חדשים, לשלוח להם הודעות ולהראות להם איך לשחק את המשחק. צריך לשנות את הצורה שבה התוכנית מנוהלת בגלל שהיא אחד האלמנטים החשובים של כל מדינה. זה צריך לעבוד כמו שעון. חונכים צריכים להיות פעילים וסבלניים כי כל שחקן חדש נחשב! זוהי הנקודה הראשונה, השנייה היא בייבי-בום, שיש לו הרבה במשותף עם תוכנית החונכות, כי כל אחד, אפילו הבייביבום הכי גדול בלי חונכים, לא שווה כלום, זה ייתן לנו 1000 שחקנים חדשים שכולם יעזבו כי אף אחד לא יעזור להם. אני הולך למצוא יוצר סרטונים מומחה שישקיע בסרטון תעמולתי עבור אי-ישראל, כולנו נשים את הסרטון הזה ביוטיוב לדוגמא והשר ייצור קשר גם עם התקשורת הישראלית, אנחנו צריכים לנצל כל מצב שקורה באירפאבליק לטובתנו, כמו תקיפת אוייבים, כיבוש וכו'. במהלך בייביבום דרושים חונכים, אנחנו צריכים ליצור מדריכים גם כן. זו הנקודה השלישית. אנו יודעים שפלאטו משנה הרבה דברים במהירות, על כן המדריכים צריכים להשתנות באופן קבוע. עוד רעיונות ייכתבו בעתיד בעיתון של השר.



שר הביטחון

Well, me and K0munista go way back, first time he came to eIsrael, it was hard time with non israelis here. And I thought that he wouldn't last long. But here we are year or so later, and he is still here. Still doing his part. Always with pristine mind and solid attitude with mature and intellectual approach. He had my back way too many time that I can remember, his first and last thoughts about this game the minute he moved to eIsrael were only about the community. He groomed relationships with young players. Helped and educated other players within the community to step up and become known. he did jobs that hurted his own reputation for the sake of our nation and for the sake of our allies. On personal note. K0munista could have been president many months ago. I approached him many times. He refused with sincere regards about that he isn't ready or he doesn't feel he can contribute to the state at that position. At this hour. I feel honored that he have chosen to step up to be the leading figure of our nation. I am as a veteran of this community feel at ease knowing this guy will take care of the daily struggle of our nation. K0munista, don't be afraid to shine. You are liberating others by giving them leave to do the same.

I attribute much of the success of the eIDF between December and April to K0munista’s leadership and organization. Together we offered eIsrael a structural framework that could withstand the test of time had successors not been motivated otherwise. In addition, much of his work in foreign affairs has gone unrecognized in the months following the war with Saudi Arabia and the dissolution of Luna. 1. Who am I?

My name is Michael, I'm 25 and I live in Warsaw, that's about real life. In eRepublik I've been playing eRepublik since Dec 10, 2009. I was born (in eRep) in ePoland, and there I began my political career; in August 2010 I was Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs, after the cadence had finished I moved to eIsrael at the invitation of Perfect.Knight and Dean Michaely. Since then I'm in eIsrael (with one short break; few months ago I was Minister of Immigration in ePL). So far in eIsrael I have been: 5 times in the Knesset, 3 times the Minister of Foreign Affairs (under Rheinlander von Phalz, Perfect.Knight and OctaviusJ), also vice Rav Aluf of eIDF, when it was the only army in eIsrael, together with RvP we reorganized it and we made the army has begun to function very well.
After more than 1 year in eIsrael (exactly 1 year and 3 months) I'm applying for the position of president.



2. My plans for the coming term



This is the ministry which I like the most because of the fact that I was three times the Minister of Foreign Affairs in eIsrael and once in ePoland. It is hard to clearly state, and give a clear points of what moves will be performed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on our enemies, including the Turkey issue. Why? Because we must have in mind the fact that everything changes like a kaleidoscope. I can't say I will attack eTurkey right after my victory and I will regain all our regions, because it is unrealistic to expect to do that on our own, and in my plans and I don't want to deceive you. Our attacks must be coordinated with the movements of the entire alliance. That's why I can promise I will remain with my finger on the issue and I will act according to the developing situation. As you know, we have recently joined the alliance - EDEN. However, in recent times, many people wonder about what it gave us, I see so many people saying "it gave us nothing, we're we are under occupation, there are important battles to regain regions, and no one is coming to help us". Not at 100%, but in some parts I can agree with you. Sometimes it seems that the alliance mocks us, and it is evident. Ok, but where the problem lies and how to solve it? I hear the voices of some people that we should leave EDEN. No, I do not agree with them and this is not an attempt to solve the problem, to escape from it. From the beginning of the game we are allies with countries such as eGreece, eRomania and eCroatia we cannot offend them and run away as rats after such long-time friendship. I want to increase ties with current allies while remaining open to offers given by other countries. I think we're a pretty distant in relationship with others, being on a common secret channel, as a representative of eIsrael is not enough. Apart from establishing new embassies, I would like to reform the current ones, so that the position of ambassador would be a link between governments. For a well done job such ambassador would receive a small salary. Position of the ambassador would be a serious position, and not, as yet more for fun.
From my own site, I promise to spend time on secret channels of allies, representing the glory of eIsrael and its affairs. We must do everything for eIsrael to become a respected member of EDEN, and not just an ordinary, gray member whom EDEN needs for some damage.



Ministry of the Interior



This ministry is for me the most unfamiliar and strange, because I'm not Israeli in real life. That's why my future Minister of Interior must and will coordinate all the actions taking place in this ministry independently. I think that the most important thing in this ministry if MENTOR program, it is helping new players by sending them messages and teaching them how to play eRepublik. It should be reformed though, because it is one of the most important elements of every country. It must work well. MENTORs must be active and patient people, because every new player counts! It's the first point, the second is baby-boom, which has much in common with MENTOR program, because every, even the biggest baby-boom without MENTORs is nothing, what would it give us, 1000 new players, who all would leave, because no one would help and care about them? I'm going to find a professional video-maker, who would make a great promo video for eIsrael, we could put this video on Youtube for example, also I would like my Minister to try to contact some Israeli media, we must take advantage of every situation going on in eRepublik, like attacking enemies, being under occupation etc. During baby-boom not only MENTORs are needed, we need to create guides as well. That's the third point. We know that mr. Plato changes many things in no time, that's why those guides must be regularly updated. Extra and more ideas and things will be shown and written in future Minister's newspaper.



Ministry of Defence



We have a very nice geographical location. There're friends and enemies around. Ministry of Defence must be very active. I remember when I moved to eIsrael, there was only one army unit- Israel Defence Forces and this unit was the state army, its leader at that time, Rheinlander was at one go the Country President as well, it's called military junta. But now things have changed. We have many private armies, and all of them want to get supplies from the state. That's why eIDF won't be state unit anymore. The state won't be caring about eIDF and won't be considering it to be its property. The grants and funds given to units won't be the same. The most active and the strongest units will get bigger funds and more supplies than inactive and weak units. Because, let's answer the question; who does make damage? Strong or weak people? Active or inactive? Why would inactive people, who don't care about anything get same weapon or food? It's not fair. I don't mean weak people won't get supplies, because they're weak. No. Weak soldiers can become strong, but not all, only active people will get same supplies as others, stronger soldiers. It works very simple, strong/active and weak/active get more supplies than weak/inactive. What's more, the most active units, and soldiers can get extra funds as well. It all will make eIsrael and eIsraelis more active. It means attacks will be more coordinated, in the future we will have more, active people, whose motivation to stay active will be having extra supplies and those people can be future ministers, presidents and have other positions.



Ministry of Finance



The function in this ministry will be very hampered by the lack of Knesset, because there is no possibility to donate money to various organizations from the treasury. That's why the problem needs to be resolved in other ways, by finding a suitable and trusted man who would have for example q1 hospitals, such a person would get from us a license to our, eIsraeli market. The largest state's income are taxes, the state earns more or less 11,000 NIS per day. Having no Knesset we cannot change tax policy, so we have to deal with this, in the best possible way. I, along with my future Minister want to reform subsidies to the units by giving them not supplies, not supplies (weapon and food), but money. It is their decision how to spend it later. As you earlier read, more active and strong units will get more money. Daily grants are the largest load of our budget, and that's how it has to be. Strong army makes strong state. After the long time of occupation we have large economic gaps, it is too high value of 1 gold to NIS, because it is 1000NIS. On the monetary market no one sells gold for NIS and vice versa. We, as a state need to make the NIS viable. That's why there is a lot of work ahead of me and my Minister of Finance. But I believe that introducing reforms, we can make eIsrael an attractive place for all people.
