Proposal of establising Taiwan Tze Chiang Association [Taiwan Self Sustain association]

State: Acknowledge eTW is a independent region to eChina currently
Understanding that eTaiwanese not wishing to be integrated to China in short period of time


Mission:
Assisting eTW not be PTO by foreign forces especially Phoenix
Joining the economy of eTW and assiting the construction of eTW economy
Joining the local governemnt, guiding the start up of the local government
Training local Taiwanese to govern their region
Avoiding eTW stand against eChina or against other allies of eChina
Improving the relations of all eChinese and eTaiwanese

Actions in planning:
All members migrate to Taiwan after eTW is formed and capture the Taiwanese nationality in voluntary basis
Establish party to capture other local Taiwanese to join and provide training
Join in all the elections in eTW
Guiding the governance of eTW government in the initial period
Ban the application for nationality by Phoenix citizens
Returning the governing power to local Taiwanes after eTW had been stabilized

Eligible members
Any friendly users to eChina
Any persons open to any opnion
Any person not intend to force eTW to be integrated by eChina
Any person acknowledge the autonomous of eTaiwanese to their region

*Person with priority
Any person can use traditional Chinese
Any person that understand the cyber language of Taiwan
Any local Taiwanese
Any person willing to participate in training local Taiwanese


Leadership of the Association
The chairman and the executive commitee will be elected after the forming of the association

Funding
I wish the EC government or any EDEN organisations may lend out the initial capital of the assoication. If not, this association may not be able to be established. Thank you.

立場： 認知eROC當前是一個不受eChina統治區域
瞭解e台人不希望於短時間被中國強行統一中國或入侵

行動：
協助eROC不被外地勢力特别是Phoenix
加入台灣經濟體系及協助台灣發展經濟
加入當地政府，引導當地政府初期施政
教育新生台灣人
避免eROC 與eChina或其他盟友為敵
改進eChinese與eTaiwanese的關係

行動計劃：
在eROC成立以後,所有成員移居到臺灣,自願取中華.民.國.國籍
建立黨, 吸引臺灣人加入和提供訓練
參加在eROC 的所有競選 引導eROC政府在初期期間之施政
禁止Phoenix公民取得國籍
於eROC穩定以後, 還政於民, 有意留台者可繼續參與會務

合格的成員
對eChina友好人員
任何接受所有意見的人
任何無意強迫 eROC被eC強行合併
任何人認知e台人有對他們的區域的自主權

協會的領導
