Dear citizens,

These last months I made a big mistake and I hope I can make amends for it. I finally realized that the cause for which I fought was false and without foundation. I realized that what I was doing was preventing others to fight for a just cause when I should do the same. I hope that my past will be forgotten and that you will excuse my mistake. This mistake was to try to divide the United Netherlands. The union is stronger than ever, as is my determination to further improve it. I apologize to the people who thought they could count on me for the independence of Belgium. Many of these people will maybe understand me but I hope they will not reproach me for it.

Why this choice? Because I understand now that this was not what all the Belgian people wanted. Now I will try not to build a stronger union, but to build a stronger country! This of course begins with an entente between both former peoples that constitute the United Netherlands. Several persons helped me with this task, their identities being kept confidential. If I said their names to you, it would create more harm than good. I therefore wish not to reveal their names but I will try to avoid this kind of thing happening again. So for me there is no more "Belgium" and "Netherlands". There is the United Netherlands.

I am not denigrating the "Belgian Party" or "Dutch Link", but I think their names are inappropriate. I think their cause is just but this only creates additional tensions and further differentiates the "Belgians" from the "Dutch". The eWorld must be a better world than the real-life one. There are already too many tensions in Belgium; we cannot have still more in eRepublik and specifically in the United Netherlands. Thank you all for your attention ...

Durant ces derniers mois, j'ai fais une grosse erreur et j'espère pouvoir me racheter. J'ai enfin compris que la cause pour laquelle je me battais était fausse et sans aucun fondements. J'ai compris que ce que je faisais empêchait les autres de se battre pour une cause juste alors que je devrais faire de même. J'éspère que mon passé sera oublié et que vous m'excuserez de mon erreur. Cette erreur était de vouloir scinder les United Netherlands. L'union est plus forte que jamais et ma détermination pour l'améliorer encore l'est aussi. Je m'excuse auprès des gens qui croyaient pouvoir compter sur moi pour avoir l'indépendance de la Belgique. Beaucoup de ces personnes ne me comprendreront peut-être pas mais j'éspère qu'ils ne m'en voudront pas.

Pourquoi ce choix? Car j'ai compris que ce n'était pas ce que voulait tout le peuple belge.Désormais,j'éssayerai de construire non pas une union plus forte, mais de construire un pays plus fort! Cela commence bien évidemment avec une entente des deux anciens peuples que constituent les United Netherlands. Certaines personnes m'aidaient à cette tâche en voulant garder leur identité entre nous. Si je vous disaits leur nom, cela créerait plus de mal que de bien. Je désire donc de ne pas révéler leur nom mais bien d'essayer que ce genre de chose n'arrive plus.Aussi, pour moi, il n'y a plus de "Belgique" et de "Pays-Bas". Il y a les United Netherlands.

Je ne dénigre pas le "Belgian Party" ou le "Dutch Link", mais je trouve que leurs noms sont inappropriés. Je trouve leur cause juste mais cela ne fait que créer des tensions supplémentaires et différencier encore plus les "belges" des "néerlandais".L'eMonde doit être un monde meilleur que celui où on vit réellement. Il y a déjàa trop de tensions en Belgique pour qu'il y en ait encore dans eRepublik et plus précisément aux United Netherlands.Merci à tous pour votre attention...

Waarde burgers,

Tijdens deze laatste maanden heb ik een grote fout gemaakt en ik hoop ze te kunnen goedmaken. Ik heb eindelijk begrepen dat de zaak waarvoor ik vocht, vals was en zonder enige grond. Ik heb begrepen dat wat ik deed, anderen verhinderde om te vechten voor een rechtvaardige zaak, hoewel ik mee zou moeten doen. Ik hoop dat mijn verleden vergeten zal worden en dat U mij zal verontschuldigen voor mijn vergissing. Deze vergissing was om de United Netherlands te willen splitsen. De Unie is sterker dan ooit en mijn vastberadenheid om ze nog te verbeteren is dat ook. Ik bied mijn verontschuldigingen aan de mensen die dachten op mij te kunnen rekenen om de onafhankelijkheid van België te verkrijgen. Misschien zullen veel van deze mensen mij niet begrijpen maar ik hoop dat ze het mij niet kwalijk nemen.

Waarom deze keuze? Ik heb immers begrepen dat dit niet was wat het hele Belgische volk wil.
Voortaan zal ik trachten om niet een sterkere unie, maar een sterker land te bouwen! Dit begint natuurlijk bij een verstandhouding tussen de twee vroegere volkeren die de United Netherlands vormen. Bepaalde mensen hielpen me bij deze taak en wilden hun identiteit vertrouwelijk houden. Ik verkies dus om hun naam niet kenbaar te maken maar ik wil er wel voor zorgen dat dit niet meer gebeurt. Voor mij is er dan ook geen ‘België’ en ‘Nederland’ meer. Er zijn de United Netherlands.

Ik kijk niet neer op de ‘Belgian Party’ of de ‘Dutch Link’, maar ik vind hun namen ongepast. Ik vind hun zaak rechtvaardig maar dit schept enkel bijkomende spanningen en drijft de ‘Belgen’ en de ‘Nederlanders’ nog meer uiteen.

De eWereld moet een betere wereld zijn dan diegene waarin we werkelijk leven. Er zijn al teveel spanningen in België om er nog in eRepublik te hebben, en meer in het bijzonder in de United Netherlands.
