关于“EDEN公投一拖再拖而条件不客观“一事，各大报纸亦有报道，此次全国公投亦被 不少人质疑，所以政府宣布此次公投仅作参考，无效。

为了更好，更快捷地完成这一事件，我已根据入盟条约的1.0.6，即：

1.0.6 无论申请入盟国是否需要在国会投票的同时举行公投，指挥委员会可以举行表 决。指挥委员会可以酌情选择免除公投或国会投票之一。

我已向EDEN指挥委员会发信，希望免除全国公投，转而进行国会公投。

由内容所得，本次EDEN公投改为“国会公开投票”，请国会马上进入讨论议程，讨论结 束后，信息部会再开一报，全体国会议员在新开的报纸内公开表决，根据1 .0.5条约，即：

1.0.5 在国会发起投票，赞成票须超过总投票数的66%（如果40位议员中仅有3 6位投票，则该人数视为100%）。

所得，不投票的议员不在总数统计范围内。

请国会马上跟进。

Introduction:

Hello! I'm CHaurora, the Minister of Defense of eChina.

Our citizens had different understandings on the referendum procedures and having been arguing about the procedures for nearly a month, which seriously delayed our voting for joining EDEN.
I, on behalf of the entire cabinet of eChina, hereby request the Command Council to omit our public referendum and allow us conducting a voting in congress, in order to facilitate the voting procedures.

I hope that EDEN can publish an article in eChina or send me a PM to evidence the omission of the public referendum.

Let's do this the formal way. Presidents sign YES after your respective country if you agree that China can conduct a vote for joining EDEN in congress as well as voting in public as stated in EDEN treaty.
