首先,让我们来看一下本周比较重要的几件事情。

一、黑龙江的医院和防御设施已经建设完备

鼓励e中国公民前往定居。由于辽宁前途尚未确定，我们暂缓了由政府组织公民大批移民前往黑龙江的工作。但是，一旦局势确定，将由政府组织移民工作。当然，我们也鼓励有经济能力的公民自行前往。

二、黑龙江回归引起的汇率问题

Here is the weekly work report of eChina government from Day 892 to Day 897 (eRepublik time).

First, we will introduce several important issues in this week.

1. Hospital and Defense System Have Been Built in Heilongjiang

We encourage citizens of eChina to move to Heilongjiang (hello kitty). Because the situation in Liaoning is not clear enough, we postpone the migration plan organized by the government. However, we will start the plan as soon as the situation is pacified. We also encourage people who can afford the moving tickets to move to Heilongjiang on their own.

2. The Exchange Rate Fluctuation after the Reunification of Heilongjiang

In response to the fluctuations of the CNY exchange rate, the PBoC presented a report to the Congress. After discussion, the Congress judged that the conditions for appreciation of CNY were not satisfied now, and we will maintain the original monetary policy, which means that the exchange rate will remain around 1CNY=0.02g and 1Gold=50.5CNY. After that, the Congress and PBoC issued money for four times, with the amount being 90000CNY, 94000CNY, 95000CNY and 99999CNY respectively. Those currencies will be used to stabilize the exchange rate in the near future.

On Day 893, after getting the 100,000 CNY donated from the state treasury, the Branch of PBoC made an offer for selling CNY at the rate of 1CNY = 0.021G, instead of 1CNY = 0.02G, of which the purpose is to prevent the continued speculation by financial speculators. 3. Operation of the State Supplies Reserve Commission Begins

Last week, the State Supplies Reserve Commission was established and the operation plan for the first batch of companies was approved. However, because of the fluctuations of the CNY exchange rate and high iron price, the operation was postponed. Now, as the CNY exchange rate becomes stable gradually, and the iron price will return to a reasonable level after the change of the income tax on iron, the first phase of the operation plan commenced on Day 896. (2) Solotar, the former President of the PBoC, resigned, and John Chen, the current Minister of Finance will concurrently serve as the Minister of Finance and the President of the PBoC. 3. Ministry of SinoDefence

4. Ministry of Welfare

This week, the Ministry of Welfare adopted a new pattern of management of the state-owned enterprises. Each manager will take charge of the management of one enterprise, in order to improve the efficiency of work.

5. Ministry of SinoEducation

The Ministry of SinoEducation continued to send guiding letters and answer questions of new players, and rescued new players with the help of the Ministry of Welfare. Because of the return of Heilongjiang, many high-Q Hungarian companies recruited low-level players. The Ministry of SinoEducation tried to send PMs to each new player who got cheated and help them to recover their wellness and leave those companies.
