APPOINTMENT AND AUTHORITY

By the authority vested in me by the Prime Minister of eAustralia, I have accepted the appointment to head the anti-take over elections process. My position will be strictly apolitical and report directly to the Prime Minister, holding the authority of Art. II (i) of the Constitution of eAustralia (4/11) in a time of war.

EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE

I have been a 3x Party President of major parties, 2x Campaign Director of major party Senate elections, a 10x Senator and 3x Speaker of the Senate, the latter providing a good education in the rules and functions of wartime and internal community security efforts.

EXPLAINING THE ROLE

In a nutshell, the role created by the Prime Minister is central to the Anti-Take Over (ATO) provisions long-set in our country. Previously, some aspects of this role were delegated to the Minister of Citizenship (or portfolio equivalent), the eNational Security Agency (NSA) and legislative provision of the constituted Senate of eAustralia. In the event of no Senate at the time a threat is realised, this power reverts to the Executive.

In the Ranger administration, during this time of electoral threat by declaration of the Prime Minister, eAustralia's ATO status has been activated once more.

Working in with game-mechanics, my role doesn't have the access to arbitrarily 'ban' or 'remove' a Political Take-Over (PTO) candidate. However, in line with the confidence granted me by the Prime Minister, I will work with political party leaders and hear their cases why ATO efforts should be directed against candidates who are not authorised by legitimate eAustralian parties. Again - such designations have been made by the Prime Minister.

I shall be co-ordinating and reporting to all stakeholders on the process throughout in an open and transparent manner.

The only office of appeal above me is my direct superior, the Prime Minister.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

To monitor and encourage a free and democratic election of legitimate citizens from authorised parties. To look forward to the day where all players participate in the game fairly and such actions are unnecessary.

In the finite instance - to have an elected Senate of legitimate citizens by the close of Committee Phase on the 26th of November 2012.
