국회의원선거가 끝나고, 클로포가 대통령에게 협동에 대해 말했지만 결국 의견차이를 좁히지 못하고 결렬되었습니다.
After the election, clopoyaur went to talk to the president about "cooperation", but at the end, there is no agreement of any sort coming out of it, so the deadlock remain.

이미 FSR애들이 로마니아 애들의 시민권을 더 승인해주고 있으며, 국회의원 과반수라는 힘을 이용해서 국고를 자신들의 계정으로 돈을 보내고 있습니다.

이 위협을 받고 우리는 일본, 대만, 그리고 중국정부에 이놈들을 어떻게 할지 대화를 했습니다.
Given these threats, we have spoken to the eJapanese government, eTaiwan government and eChina government to confront this PTO group.

일본과 대만이 FSR애들을 협상해야만 하는 상황을 만들기 위한 계획을 만들었습니다. 이 전투는 한국에 대한 전쟁이 아니고 로마니아인들에 대한 전쟁도 아닙니다. 이 전투는 우리의 신용을 저버리고 권력과 돈을 위해 PTO를 하는자들에 대한 전쟁입니다.

This battle is not a battle against the eSouth Korea, we are not doing this to spite eRomania, this battle is a stand against the PTOers who have exploiting our trust in their quest for power and money.

그 계획은 대만과 일본이 한국을 공격하는것이고 PTO를 멈추지 않을 경우에는 합병하려 합니다. 합의를 보면 땅을 다시 돌려줄겁니다. 하지만 RW를 통해서 다시 부활하려 하거나 협상을 무시하고 그들의 식민지로 만드려 하면 우리는 다시 싸울겁니다.
The plan included both eTaiwan and eJapan will coordinate an attack into eSK territories and [annex it if the FSR do not stop PTO this country]. Under agreement, they will return those territories back to us at the right time. However, if the PTOers are trying to revive it by RW and try to turn our country into their colonies again, we will fight back.

이것은 우리의 역사를 바라봤을때 전혀 예측하지 못한일이 아닙니다. 우리는 과거에 일본과 함께 JASKO 연합을 만들어서 PTO를 막은적도 있었습니다.
This is not an unprecedantial move in our history. In our past, we have cooperated with eJapan to form the JASKO Union to fight together against PTO groups that threathen us.

게임을 시작한지 얼마 안되었거나 최근에 전쟁으로 인해 일본에 회의적인 분들이 있을수도 있으나 대만과 일본은 한국을 위해 많은 골드를 쓰면서 도와줬습니다.

일본의 경우에는 최근에 경북과 경남을 독립시키는데 1/4의 메달밖에 획득하지 못했습니다. 이것은 독립전쟁을 위해 사용한 골드의 비해 상당히 적은양입니다.

제 개인적인 생각으로는 이놈들은 절대로 PTO를 그만두지 않을것이고 지속적으로 한국을 장악하려고 할겁니다. 그리고 우리가 이걸 직면하지 않고 PTO를 당한다면 우리는 질겁니다.
My personal belief is the PTO will not go away, they will continue to grow until they gain control. And if we don't confront them and take the incentives of PTO away from them, we will lost.

한국은 이리퍼블릭세계에서 가장 많은 PTO를 당한 나라중에 하나입니다. 어떻게보면 이건 한국에 관심을 가지고 결국에는 PTO를 막은 사람들이 있었다는 점에서 좋은점입니다. 이것이 우리가 FSR을 상대할수 있다는 결정입니다.
eSK is one of the most PTOed nation in the eWorld. in a strange sense, this is a good thing, because this mean there are people who care about this community and would continue to fight against the PTOers and won at the end. This is the determination we should have against the FSR.

정부의 일원으로서, 활동하고 있는 모든 시민들에게 이 작업이 영향을 미치는 지역들에서 끝날때까지 벗어나주길 바랍니다.
As a member of the government, if FSR do not agree to our demand to stop their PTOing, we hope to evacuate all active citizens from the regions that will be affected by the operation until the end.

한국이 지도에서 지워진다면 한국돈을 일본돈이나 대만돈으로 바꿔드리고 직업을 찾기 어려우신분들을 위해 직장도 제공해드립니다.
If this country is wiped, we will provide a plan for them to swap their KRW for TWD or JPY depends on where they want to live for the time being. And we will offer you job opportunities if you have difficulties to find jobs.

SKG는 아무련 영향없이 몇몇 사람들의 개인적인 자금 기부로 제 역활을 할것입니다.
The SKG will remain unaffected and continue to function and funded by the money we still have and other private donation channels.

사업은 더이상 거래를 할 수 없게 되어서 가장 많은 영향을 받게될겁니다. 정부는 조사를 하고나서 도움을 줄것입니다.
Business will be affected the most as they can no longer trading. The government will survey the problem and provide assistance to businesses that are affected.

환율시장에서 원화의 가격이 크게 변화하여 금으로 모든 돈을 바꾸는 사람이 있을수도 있습니다. 하지만 모든것이 잘된다면 한국국고에 저장되어 있는 금을 써서 환율시장을 원래대로 돌려놓을 수 있습니다.
In the MM, there could be a wide swing in the MM as some people may panick to sell all their asset for gold. But once things will settle down, we will use our gold in the bank to restore the exchange rate back to the current level.

아무도 자신들이 오랫동안 만들어놓은것이 망쳐지기를 바라지 않으나 우리는 PTO를 해결하지 않은채 오랜시간을 뒀습니다. 우리는 다른 주변국가들의 희생과 보조로 이 문제를 해결할 것이며 미래에 있을 PTO에도 우리가 어떻게 대처를 하는지 보여줄겁니다.

마지막으로 몇몇 로마니아 애들이 이것이 민족주의라고 하는것을 부정합니다. 이것은 현실세계의 한국인들 뿐만이 아니라 이분야에 전문적인 사람들까지 뒤에 있습니다. 그리고 그들은 이리퍼블릭에서 한국이 PTO단체에게 시달린 숫자가 협동을 전도한시간보다 많다는걸 압니다. 그리고 PTO하는 사람들은 항상 졌습니다.
Finally, I'd like to reject certain claim by certain Romanian that this is about nationalism, no, this is not something only the RL Koreans supported, the veterans in this are also informed and behind it. And you know what, those people see more PTO groups came and went in eSK in their elifetime, than the amount of time you "preached" cooperation. And somehow the PTO has lost at the end, always.
