John Bokinski, looking at total dmg done doesn't reflect what is going on in reality. Total dmg would be great to judge the power of a country in the old module with the new module however things change considerably. Chile controls d1 and d2 with great ease, in fact Chilean d2 is currently unbeatable and the organization in this division is supreme.
Their d3 is now also growing nicely and the players who enter their d3 are very well trained players with also lots of strength, if i'm not mistaken Chile has 5-6 GoW's atleast in D3. In a couple of months there will be an even greater influx of players in D3 until their current D2 becomes a D3.
Now what kind of help Chile needs? They need a bit of help in D3 although they current D3 even tho still numerically inferior to Argentinian one with organization can control the walls and win points in that division even during Arg prime time and when all europeans are sleeping. And they are totally dependant on allied help in D4. Thing with D4 tho is that it can be completely bypassed because the sum of the points from the other 3 division is more than what D4 gives.
So Chile needs really only a couple of D4 rounds with allied help to win any campaign vs Argentina with a safe margin of points.
Now you see things aren't that simple at first look but a more detailed view is needed to understand what is going on.
