A glacier burst struck at Uttarakhand at about 11:00 AM IST on Sunday, destroying a dam.
The impact catapulted water along the Dhauliganga river, damaging another power project downstream. About 150+ labourers are still missing.
Indian Army is working hard in rescue operations.
An investigation is continuing into what caused the glacial burst.
