[GOV] MPP with Mexico and Updates

Dear Congress Members, Citizen and Allies,
Today, we have another MPP to sign with Mexico. I'm asking the congress members to vote yes. We’re in negotiation for several MPP so expect more MPP to be sign soon.
Moving on to Congress election, I would lke to congratulate to our new/veteran congress for the November election. As tradition I would like you to ask you to donate all or part of your winning gold to Our Bank. To the new congress members, welcome abroad hope you will learn from the veteran congress members how to become a good congress members.
I would also like to announce a new Government Organization, Prime Minister's Department. The new organization will be handling internal issues, like multies accounts (yes we knew you tried to TO us from the inside). Citizen concern, suggestion can also be forward to the new organization.
